Good Hotel

Nice, newly built hotel. Rooms are spacious. Some basic needs attention.. Also Housekeeping Deptt. needs to pull their socks.
Housekeeping will not be done until you tell reception or else housekeeping yourself to do this. There was no intimation that they don’t do housekeeping in room. As I moved in morning at 9 AM and came back at 8PM. My room was untouched and cleaning was not done.
Also, I feel they should engage someone for PestControl as there were lot of flies in restaurant area.
Food quality is decent. Breakfast buffet spread was also good. Aniket at reception is a man to go to. Helpful with smile on his face.
Aniket made sure that I am more than comfortable and extended his help during my stay.

Disappointing

Disappointing reception
Stayed with family for 3 nights (3 persons)
Negatives
-though we paid for 3 people, the lady in reception was not convinced, she was not welcoming at all.
-though we paid for 3 people, some amenities were only provided for one person.
Positive
-neat and clean room
-excellent service and food in restaurant, helpful staff at restaurant.
Even though room and restaurant were excellent, the unprofessional and unfriendly attitude of the lady at reception
ruined my trip. Not recommended for family

Great Experience

Hotel 91 Millennium HUDA exceeded all my expectations. From the welcoming check-in experience to the well-appointed rooms, everything was flawless. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The property is serene and provides excellent value for money. I would happily choose this hotel again for my future visits to Gurugram.

Amazing experience

It's was very great experience and nice service I would loved to give reference to my friends and family for stay hope to visit again thank you for again for being so good and loved the food I ordered and breakfast I had .
I would recommend others for the same .

It was very nice experience to stay at hotel
There is very good food they are providing to guest
And also very good and co operative staff for all department at property
Also property is in good area located
So it was nice experience
