Will choose if no other option
Was staying in this place a few days last week. Hotel rooms were clean. Owner of this place Sanjeev is a very nice person. Please say hi to him when you visit this hotel. He is very pro-active in giving all information prior to arriving to the hotel and will also help out if need be while you are staying.
Major issue that I found was the person who was the care taker for the rooms. this guy is hardly present when you need him. He is so lethargic, that he does not know how to train the boys under him who has to help the customer. Even though I treated him well by ordering dinner on all nights that I stayed (once for him) and other nights for the boys who were helping the customers, he does not behave as a good example on how to treat customers.
Sanjeev sir - Its time to change this guy in the front desk on 2nd floor and bring someone (like a hotel industry studying graduate student) who will know how to treat customers and mentor boys under him. Also, we cannot even stand in the ground floor while we wait for our cab as its a very bad smell with the cows being present there. Not sure if you can do something about this, however, i will not be returning to your hotel mainly for this reason. Location is not that ideal for us to be there. Hope my review came out in the right spirit as I do not write reviews to spoil a business but to help them get better. All the best for Mr. Sanjeev and Dash hotels.

Clean and centrally located
Clean rooms, excellent location and extremely helpful staff. They have a pantry but there is no restaurant. They help guests procure food from nearby restaurants which can be consumed in their pantry. Restaurants, multiplexes, shops are all within walking distance. Most tourist attractions are close by. Cows and goats next to the entrance were a blip in an otherwise comforting stay.
All in all, we had a pleasant stay at Dash Hotels, thanks to their customer-centric approach.

Comfortable hotel with extremely good service!
I stayed with a colleague at Dash Hotels during a two-week work trip. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with all necessary facilities that were well-maintained, also including fast WiFi. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the manager Sanjeev who even exchanged money for us. We had a little trouble in the beginning with transferring the money as we checked in during the night, but the manager was very understanding. Keep in mind that they do not accept credit cards, only wire transfers in advance and cash payments upon check-in. There is a small kitchen next to the reception that can be used for cooking. Near the hotel is a large shopping mall with a supermarket, and the hotel was also close to a good vegan restaurant as well as a shopping street and a bazar. I recommend booking this hotel if you want to stay in the area!

Excellent Hotel
The Dash is an excellent hotel that i have no hesitation in recommending.
It is a hidden gem, 5 star quality at a 3 star price.
The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and well furnished. Even the soundproof windows are of high quality German manufacture.
Both European and South Indian breakfasts are offered and are good. Sanjeev the owner and his wife are most welcoming and nothing is too much trouble . The staff are also very helpful, polite and courteous.
I thoroughly enjoyed my seven night stay and would certainly stay there again.
