Not good stay and poor food
We went there on Oct 2022 and stayed 4 days. When we reached there the person at reception was looking at me he was checking his phone not attending me. Then after giving details I asked about the food and laundry service. He said we will get normal items like Dosa, Idly, Poori like that and for laundry they said they have it, there is a person opposite to road where they give for laundry.
When I reached room the cleanliness is not that good. There were dust on pillows and window curtains which comes over our bed. Also the main door was bit hard to open/close, AC was not working properly it won't be cold even if I set AC at 20 or 19. Bathroom door's lower edges were like brush and mushrooms were grown on behind the doors.
Next day I asked them to for laundry another person was there at reception and he said they don't do laundry, I said yesterday while check-in the other person said it is there and the person is across the road. The guy said the person across the road is not doing laundry and he informed this person only. I asked the person who was on reception when I checked-in. That person you give the cloths ... we will get it done. I think the second person didn't want to do those kind of work.
The next day I gave the key and asked them to clean the room, correct the issues of AC, Door, bathroom etc. They said it will be done before I return. When I returned I saw the same issues which I mentioned above, also they didn't even change the bathroom towels. All the pillow covers were Yellowish colour from the day one of my stay and didn't smell good. They gave me the dress after laundry on the same day I gave them and it didn't look like washed properly. I can still smell my sweat on my shirt and seems like they just put it in water, ironed and gave it back.
Last but not the least is about food. The food quality is below average. First day I ordered dosa and they gave me masala dosa. When I asked the same with the second person at reception he said. If we ask for Dosa they give the masala with it. I told them "Then you should have told us". Then he said I should have asked them about all these. I told him when I checked-in I asked and they said just dosa not with masala. He was not agreeing to what I say. The rawa idly was also not that good. After eating Poori we got indigestion problem.
They gave the wifi when we asked them.
The attitude I see in them is like what we see in Government Offices. "All are our requirement and responsibility. If you want you stay or you can go some where else" kind of attitude.
Only good thing I remember is that they arranged Innova at low price for Visiting "Ramoji Film City".

last moment they changed booking from costly hotel to cheaper hotel.
I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the change in accommodation. I booked Fabhotel Western which was priced at $38, and at the last moment, I allocated fab hotel golden, which was priced at $22. when I complained to hotel manager they were rude. Then I complained to customer care they didnt help either.

Fab hotel and there hotels are pathetic. Avoid Fab Hotels for any bookings.
I booked Fab hotel for my visa appointment in Hyderabad from 17th Oct till 21 Oct 2022. Me my 2 kids, my wife and mother in law aged 65 was were traveling from Pune to Hyderabad. Fab took 25% in advance online.Fab hotel gave us Deccan Heritage hotel, Hyderabad which we did not like because of safety, hygiene and cleanliness issue. The wall was in front, when window were opened. I called Fab and explained the issue and asked for refund. However, the agent asked me to go for other property, forcibly. I said if I do not like the property then? The agent said for sure he will refund the amount. We went to royal residency 2, Hyderabad and there too I didn’t like the property. I called Fab immediately asking for refund. But they said to raise the complaint. I did the same. However, even after 10 days I did not receive any refund and call. Today on 31st Oct I called them and got response that no refund will be paid, with no reason. No good service from MEGHA YADAV and AMIT YADAV.
From my end never ever choose FAB Hotels.

Don't trust the photos .... VERY BAD !!
Deccan Heritage Hotel – Hyderabad
A Picture is worth 1000 words – Deccan Heritage Hotel, Hyderabad is the complete opposite and proves the proverb wrong. I booked this hotel primarily based on the photos showcased in their website (Fabhotel Deccan Heritage) along with the ratings/reviews. Everything was the opposite. Walls were damp and stained with water marks, Mattress sinks in as the springs are very old, sheets with stains, only the walking pathways were clean – the rest were dusty and dirty ..and oh no ..if you dropped something, never look below the bed – it was filled with garbage, water bottles, dust and everything. Chairs are cracked and about to break anytime. Some lights don’t work. TV channels don’t work as deactivated – complained many times but never did anything. Door needs to be locked else will slide open. 2 towels only if you keep on asking now and then else will be leaving with 1 towel only. Breakfast – bought from some nearby shop and delivered to you – limited options. If you ask for 4 cups of tea – they will deliver only 3 cups. Never walk down the staircase to go down – it smells of urine everywhere, all the unwanted things scattered everywhere, like a scary dungeon. Bathroom has only one light functioning – above the mirror – bright and able to cover but the one in ceiling does not work. The cleanliness and maintenance is very poor. Wifi works only at the lobby and coverage in the rooms is limited. I will never stay in this hotel again.
My previous stay at FabExpress in Chennai (PAS residency) based on photos was my 1st experience and a good one. The second booking in Hyderabad via FabHotel is totally the opposite – again based on the photos shared on the website, i was mislead. Very Disappointed.

Being cheated by Fab Hotel
My worst experience of my life. We had done a group booking for 8 rooms and I was cheated by This Fab Hotel booking company. The AC in the rooms were not working. The rooms were dirty and totally unhygienic. The hotel incharge had informed Fab Hotels 4 days earlier to shift us to a different property but Fab Hotel did not do it . on the day of arrival also I had a message from Fab Hotels that my booking is confirmed. Request all not be believe on this site. They have cheated me and have spoiled my image and repo with my people whom I brought. Guys be carefull.
