Nice stay with some nice hosts

Nice hotel, people are a little slow, but its ok. Some of the people to whom I would really want to thank in this hotel are Tousif from restaurant - who cooks custom food, Rutuja, Jalsa, Malika, Priyanjali, Sonali, Shruti, Anjali, Ciranjib, Kishore, Sinjari, Priyanita, Hema for their wonderful services. If I get back to this area, this hotel will be my first choice.

Fav food to try

Stayed in hotel for about 14 hours after flying in from SFO. Pleasantly surprised to get an in pronto room upgrade. Made me wish I had stayed longer. Ate breakfast at the buffet. Butter kichidi and coconut idli were my favorites. The texture, and taste with the right amount of spices.
Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the service. Had requested a Rava dosa, and after a wait of 20 min I went back to the counter to check. I was told there was an issue with the tava and it would be brought right over. Waited patiently for another 15 min and finally gave up. It was not an issue with the fire or the pan, it would be so helpful to inform the guest a reason for the delay.
I would like to commend Piyali at the cafe for her bubbling personality, enthusiasm and help in recommending items takeout menu order for my next leg of train journey.

Amazing staff with a smile

The entire staff is nothing less than perfect. The restaurant for breakfast was fully packed, still the staff was looking after each and every customer with a smile. Big shoutout for Saniya, Reddy and each one of the staff present there. Everyone was working with smile.
