Amazing and a warmful experience

Amazing Hospitality provided by hotel staff and would really thanks all the staff members mainly Yogita, Chanchal and Deepak.
I along with with my family are really happy that I selected this hotel and would like to recommend others as well.
Keep up the good work.
Would like to recommend if you can a recreational section for kids.

Although the property was clean and good infrastructure but the staff especially the dining and breakfast buffet staff was below average ie just doing formality. Breakfast buffet spread was not consistent as well as not checked. If an item got finished they didn’t even cater to refill even when when there were about 4-5 rooms only occupied at the time if our stay.

0 Star – Pathetic Service, Guests Harassed Because of Wedding

My experience at Omi Premium Residency, Indore was extremely disappointing. The service is pathetic and the staff behaviour is rude and unprofessional.
If this property only wants to cater to wedding guests, they should stop accepting bookings from other customers. Regular guests are treated like an inconvenience.
Right at arrival, because of a wedding setup, we were asked to get down from our cab outside the hotel and walk in from a distance. My parent is a senior citizen and could not walk properly, yet no assistance was provided. Even though they had a buggy facility, staff refused and said, “This is how customers come.”
The attitude of everyone — watchman, bellboy, receptionist — was terrible. They kept lying and changing statements, but suddenly acted polite only when confronted in front of the manager.
Next day, despite checkout being 11 AM (confirmed), we were harassed from 10 AM onwards with repeated calls and housekeeping claiming checkout was at 10, pressuring us to vacate early for wedding guests.
This is not four-star service. This is not even a 2 star service. Avoid completely!

Great devotional stay

Went with my parents for visiting Ujjain and Omkareshwar. The hotel is rightly located in Indore near airport for easy commute. The hotel ambience was great with tasty food served at very reasonable prices.
