My colleagues and I stayed at Moxy Bengaluru for a week, and we had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, and the hospitality was consistently warm and attentive throughout our stay.
The highlight was definitely the food. Breakfast was outstanding every morning, and a special thank you to Chef Deepak, who introduced us to different local dishes and made the best dosa we've ever had. Even after returning home, we're still talking about it! The coffee was also unexpectedly excellent, despite me usually being a tea drinker.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated Moxy's sustainability efforts, especially the reusable glass water bottles. The toiletries were fantastic too—I barely touched the ones I packed because the hotel's products were that good.
The location was perfect for our stay since it was very close to the airport. It's an excellent choice if convenience is a priority, though if your main goal is exploring Bengaluru's city center, you'll want to factor in the travel time.
The airport transfer service was another standout. Mr. Balaram Gowda went above and beyond by helping me through the airport all the way to the security checkpoint, which made my departure incredibly smooth and memorable.
If I had to point out a couple of minor drawbacks, it would be that the folding table, luggage rack, and ironing board all had to be unfolded and assembled from the wall, which wasn't ideal after a long international flight. I also wish the pool stayed open later, as we often returned just as it was closing and never got the chance to enjoy it.
Overall, I'd happily give Moxy Bengaluru 4.5/5 stars. The exceptional service, amazing food, thoughtful touches, and friendly staff far outweighed the small inconveniences. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable!

You learn, if you are not careful, to mistake the absence of problems for the presence of excellence. I had been walking through hotels for two decades. I thought I knew exactly what I was looking for.
I did not know what I was looking for at Moxy Bengaluru Airport until I found it.
Let me tell you what it was.
It was Roxy. A robot. Made in India. Standing at the front desk of the largest Moxy property in the world, in a way that managed to be both completely unexpected and entirely right. Not a gimmick. Not a press release. A genuine expression of a personality that someone had decided this property would have. Before a single guest arrived. Before there was anything to lose or gain. Purely on the basis of what felt true.
That someone is Captain Anuradha Venkatachalam.
She pre-opened this hotel. Which is a sentence that sounds simple until you sit with what it means. She walked into an empty building and decided, in the silence before any of this existed, what it would become. The South Indian breakfast alongside the Moxy signature. A young team who carry themselves not with the rigid formality our industry too often mistakes for professionalism, but with something far more difficult to produce: actual joy. Every one of these choices was hers. Every one of them is correct.
And then there is Vidhya Srimathi.
Seven years in Marriott's national sales organisation does something specific to a person. It builds a quality of commercial clarity that is very difficult to fake and very easy to spot. Vidhya knows exactly what this hotel is for. She knows who it is speaking to and why that person chose it over every other option in this city. That knowledge, held quietly and without performance, is what gives a hotel its backbone. She has built that here. Quietly. Completely.
I want to say one thing to every hospitality professional who reads this.
The gap in our industry is not skill. It is not budget. It is belief. Most hotels have people who do their jobs. This hotel has people who mean it. You feel the difference the moment you step inside, and the reason for the difference is two women who built this culture before anyone was watching, and then had the wisdom to protect it once they were.
I came here as a fellow professional.
I left as something closer to a student.

Great airport hotel with staff going above and beyond to make you comfortable
We stayed here for 1 night during a layover. The reason we chose the hotel is the Marriott Bonvoy affiliation and the proximity to the airport for an overnight layover. The hotel was much much better than many other Moxy hotels that we stayed around the world. It was modern, clean and fun. The staff welcomed us being overly excited about our titanium status and offering a welcome mocktail and a fruit juice, offering packed breakfast for our 4 am departure and leaving a small bottle of red wine in our room. We felt truly cared for and the room was also in great condition. Clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. We also decided to arrange their airport shuttle which costs about the same with Uber Black but provides a much more comfortable and guaranteed experience than the Uber so early. We would like to thank the Moxy crew for their efforts to make us feel special and totally recommend this hotel to everyone.

Booked due to Emirates flight cancellation
Our flight had to turn around after 1.5 hours because it was on fire at the airport in Dubai. Emirates then drove us to the hotel. There we were warmly welcomed. The hotel took care of everything, was in contact with Emirates, organized the taxi to the airport for the next day.
