I had an amazing stay at Hamilton palace! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every need was me

Good location, view and food. Service should be improved
Excellent food, although a bit expensive.
Service needs improvement, too few people serving maybe during the peak time, long weekend. Toiletries should be refreshed before giving room.
Friendly staff and overall a good stay for us.

Warm water avbl . Compared to other properties . Cost is value for money . Heating in room was good . Room service was immediate .
Food menu options are good enough for breakfast . Since I have been to many hotels on hills . Choices are always limited one shud understand this .
Only one minus point . Network issue . Rains and bad weather so if u r nature lover it’s a good property. Everybody has choices . We go to hills for nature . So it didn’t matter to us. If the Tv had no signal with poor network.
We were quite satisfied with bfst . They made special chole . Without garlic for us .
Cornflakes. Fruits . Idli sambhar , vermicelli
Taste was good . They even gave us masala chai on special request . in breakfast .
all staff had smiling face . The best thing I liked was there staff use to help my father in climbing’s stairs. . Bonfire with music at night was also a good thing .
So if u r a nature lover and with ur family . …..
