Great Hospitality, Minor Improvements Needed
One area that could be improved is the centralized air conditioning system. Guests have very limited control over the room temperature, which can make the room feel either too warm or too cold depending on personal preference. Having better temperature control would definitely enhance the comfort of the stay.
Another suggestion would be to improve the room lighting. The lights felt quite dim, especially in the evening, making it difficult to read, work, or even pack luggage comfortably. Brighter lighting options or adjustable brightness would make the rooms much more practical while still maintaining a cozy atmosphere.
Apart from these minor points, everything else was well managed. The cleanliness, service, and overall ambience were impressive, and I appreciated the effort the staff put into making guests feel welcome. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable stay and would be happy to visit again in the future. With a few improvements to the air conditioning controls and room lighting, the overall experience could become even betteR
