Amezing stay

The food here tastes very good and the rooms are very nice there are many games to play and the staff in also very nice

Terrible experience

We had booked 2 rooms for ourselves and our friends and kids. Our friends had to checkout at 1am coz there were rats in the room. When the staff was called to show rats, they were drunk and did not admit the presence of rats. We were told no spare room was available, so our friends had to checkout at 1 am with their 2 yr old kid. This is the kind of service provided when you are paying such a hefty amount.
Also, it had rained in the morning, their parking was totally flooded. We had to wet our feet and shoes so that we can come inside their porperty.
The property is totally dark at night. Absolutely minimial light is there. You would not even be able to see the pathway properly. During monsoons, when many insects and snakes can be present, this poses a threat to the guests. You won't even be able to see the singers face from the live band. Mud bath was frogs in it, I informed the staff about it. Not sure if it was removed or not, I did not bother to check.
Location of the restaurant is weird as well.
Will not recommend this property to anyone. It was a total waste of money.

Not a safe place to be no accountability on lost item

I went here for the second time and this trip , one of our friends lost his Gold ornament, their response was extremely slow. We tracked down where it was lost and kept on requesting for cctv but they kept on delaying and finally they saidCCTV not working ! Which is not acceptable .
Despite telling them the spot and the time they did not do anything on that
