An amazing stay at Sterling Jodhpur
Service: The check-in was seamless, and the staff graciously accommodated our early check-in request.
Rooms: Decent, clean, and comfortable.
Dining: The pure vegetarian restaurant was the highlight. The food was excellent!
Special Shoutout: A huge thank you to the restaurant people especially Bhumika, who served our food with a beautiful smile and made sure all our requests were met perfectly.

Complaint about the service and miss management
1. Pool is open but the changing room is under maintenance and then commitment to the guest what going on , no any pool attendent no security nothing
2. Service delay about the food , or other things
3. Always rudely behaviour show in the personality when we talk to someone
4. Fan issues , ac issue when the guest check in the room
5. When the employee working why always time disturbing show in front of the guest
6. Food quality is good but improve
And the price is so High
7. No any brief about the team
What type of event in hotel , how many pax etc. no any information about the front office, and the front office area is heart of the hotel we known everyone
8. Id card collected issues about the guest in check in time
9. Lobby area wifi mostly time error issue
