Pampered stay with excellent customer service
The Vila room was very clean and the infra maintained very well. The amenities in the room along with the complimentary goodies has been well thought of.
The staff right from the top at the resort to the resort house keeping and maintenance were respectful making us feel at home.
The food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner was exquisite in terms of taste and hygiene. The chef to the serving staff were prompt in quick service, periodic check with us about the food served.
The Spa service was most refreshing after a long drive from Bangalore. The quality of the massage was excellent.
The safari arrangement was as per expectation.
Having a drivers dorm along with three meals facility made it most convinient for our travel.
A humble suggestion to mention about the driver facility in the website would bring in more patrons to the resort.
Though being senior citizens, we observed there are lot of play areas and things for kids (like bicycles, archery etc).
The bar is well equipped with variety for both the alcohol and non alcohol drinkers.
Overall, the resort beckons another visit in the future !

A Great Place to stay for a quiet and calm and cosy Holiday
The overall ambience and hospitality were excellent. A special mention goes to Santosh and Prabhakar in the dining section, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Their warmth, attentiveness, and courteous service truly made our dining experience memorable.
Another special mention goes to the resort's masseur, Sathish, who is highly skilled and exceptionally good at his job. His professionalism and expertise made the spa experience relaxing and rejuvenating.
The food, however, was average and could certainly be improved to match the high standards of the resort.
One area that needs immediate attention is the parking. The parking is completely open, which is not ideal. Debris, leaves, and small branches from the surrounding trees keep falling on the vehicles. Considering that this is a premium resort attracting guests with expensive vehicles, a covered parking facility would be a worthwhile addition and would greatly enhance the guest experience.
Overall, Kabini is a lovely destination for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy nature in a serene setting. Despite a few areas for improvement, we had a great stay from start to finish.

Top notch!
Saleem was very helpful with all the coordination needed for the safari.
Very happy to know that they have local people as staff and most of them have been around for more than a decade!
Bariyegowda was also very sweet and showed us around the property and helped with everything needed.
The food was amazing as well on all the days and the staff were more than happy to pack some for our ride back.
Highly recommend this resort to anyone of any age. You will not be disappointed.

Great experience
Overall, amazing place and great experience! Just a small suggestion: It would have been nice if there was high tea, as most people come back by 6 from safaris and other activities a little tired.

The Serai - can be missed
Not worth the spend. Area outside the room not kept properly with grass over growth ants - the big red ones crawling everywhere.
Room quality was ok and nothing great.
Food was good and staff very helpful. But upkeep and rooms are of poor quality
