Fantastic hotel, great service and facilities

Lovely hotel set in stunning, well kept grounds. The staff were very friendly and coudn't do enough for us. The room was large, with a separate seating area and bathroom. Great value, highly recommended!

very comfortable

We visited this resort shortly after the major flooding of 2018 and so were the only guests in the hotel. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. It did not look like there had been many people staying for a while but the resort was still kept to a very high standard. The dining room was great although a little under stocked which is totally understandable under the circumstances. Would definitely return at a better time and can recommend.

Best Experiance

I was there with family and international friend for two days, what a view inside the property. Excellent hospitality and food. I would love to stay there again. Big thanks to Martin and his team. We left hotel with lots of good memories. Thanks for everything.

Great service in lovely surroundings

We stayed here for 3 nights at the start of a wildlife tour of Kerala.
We were checked in by the owner's son Nithin who gave us an upgrade to a Delux Cottage overlooking the lake.
Our room was a good size with 2 single beds made into a large double, which was very comfortable. In the room there were 2 comfortable armchairs, a wardrobe with safe in, a luggage stand, a coffee table and 2 bedside tables.
The bathroom was huge, with a large corner bath, loo and sink. Through a curtain to the outside was an outside shower with plenty of hot water.
Outside the front door was a shaded seating area overlooking the lake.
We were on full board so we had three meals a day at the hotel or boxed breakfasts. There was always plenty of food and lots of choice. Nithin looked after our every need and was very attentive.
The only slight negative was that no alcohol was sold on the premises, but if you took your own, they were happy to keep it in the fridge and serve it to you. No corkage charge.
We would recommend this establishment to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Peace and quiet, good food and service, what more could you want?

Homely place and lovely hosts!

We had gone with a group of friends for a cycling trip in Kerala and took our 1 year old along with us. The hosts were very accommodating in adjusting to our timings based on when our cycling started or ended. Rooms were also very neat and well maintained. Since we had our little one with us, we also required some customised service to cater to his needs which were met without any hesitation. The Kerala food at the place was very good too.
