Cochin stay
Had a wonderful stay at Casino Hotel, CGH Earth, Kochi. The overall experience was excellent, right from the warm welcome to the quality of the room, food, and service.
The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I really liked the heritage character of the room, which blends beautifully with modern comforts. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was neat, and everything was arranged thoughtfully. The room had a peaceful ambience that made it easy to relax after a long day.
The food was another highlight of the stay. The variety was good and everything we tried was fresh and flavourful. The local Kerala flavours were particularly enjoyable, and the food had a nice balance of authenticity and presentation. The dining experience added a lot to the overall stay.
What truly made the experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was extremely courteous, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help and did so with a genuine smile. The service felt warm and personal rather than simply being formal, which is something I really appreciated.
The combination of the heritage ambience, comfortable room, delicious food, and genuinely welcoming staff made the stay very memorable.
Overall, a beautiful property with great hospitality and a wonderful sense of Kerala’s heritage. Would definitely love to come back again! ✨

I had a wonderful stay at Casino Hotel, CGH Earth, Kochi. The room was one of the highlights of my stay. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with a lovely heritage character that perfectly complements the overall ambience of the property.
The room had a warm and relaxing atmosphere, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The housekeeping standards were impressive, with the room kept neat and tidy throughout the stay. The bathroom was also spacious, clean, and equipped with all the essential amenities.

Excellent service
The venue was beautifully maintained and had a charming heritage ambience, which made the function feel elegant and special. The arrangements were well organized, and everything from the seating to the overall setup was taken care of professionally.

From the initial arrangements to the completion of the event, everything was handled very professionally. The hotel has a beautiful ambience, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for hosting a special event. The venue was well-maintained, elegant, and provided a comfortable environment for all our guests.
What really stood out for us was the excellent service and the helpfulness of the staff. Every staff member we interacted with was polite, friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. They were very supportive throughout the event and made sure that everything was arranged properly and that our guests were comfortable.
