Great location and wonderful service
It is a great place to stay with excellent location near Cherai beach, wonderful service and staff. Food is really nice too!

Horrible experience
⛔ 0 Stars – We left 4.5 hours after check-in
If it were possible, i would give 0 stars
Check-in was already uncomfortable. I showed my passport with a valid Indian visa stamp (which had been accepted at every other place during my trip), but staff insisted on seeing the separate e-visa document. Only after I got upset did they finally drop it. It didn’t feel welcoming at all.
The bathroom smelled slightly musty, which honestly we could have ignored. But the bed was unacceptable. The sheets had visible stains and were covered with tiny sharp particles that pierced the skin like splinters when you touched them. Lying down was impossible. It really seemed like the bed hadn’t been properly changed.
When we complained, we had to wait almost 30 minutes to speak to the manager because another guest was checking in. That felt quite disrespectful, considering we were guests too. A staff member even mentioned that the room hadn’t been cleaned by him
The outside areas also looked neglected, with several dried-out plants.
Although another room was offered, we chose to leave immediately. After this series of issues, we no longer felt comfortable staying there. For 7,500 INR we paid for the night, basic cleanliness and professionalism should not be too much to expect.

Unforgettable family holiday by the sea
Found it on the internet and booked two rooms for three nights, based solely on the reviews in Google maps. This was a family holiday with my wife, son and daughter in law. Booking was done directly from the hotel over phone and email, after speaking with Ms Sara and Mr Abdul Qader, Manager.
There are 18 rooms in total, out of which 9 are in deluxe and super deluxe categories. Our rooms on the first floor of the main building were large, well appointed and spacious. TV, mini fridge, electric kettle and safe were provided in the rooms.
The best part of the property is that it has the wide expanse of the back waters on one side of it and the Arabian Sea on the other side, at a distance of 50 meters only. One can lounge in chairs sitting next to the backwaters sipping coffee or eating dinner. There is a children's play area also.
We went boating in the backwaters early one morning and had a very unique experience visiting the Chinese fishing nets and shooting pictures of birds. The trip was arranged by the hotel.
There is a spa for massages, by prior appointment, at reasonable charges. All of us had a massage.The small swimming pool is very popular with young guests and children.
The food at the restaurant is nice and tasty and the service is excellent. Food prices are very attractive and the staff are always trying to please. The menu is on the simple side but very good value for money. Breakfast is tasty and wholesome with many varieties on the buffet.
The hotel helped us with airport pick up and drop as also with auto booking for shopping trips and other activities.
The best part of the resort is their staff. Everyone from the Manager, day and night front office people , restaurant staff, kitchen staff, house keeping staff and everyone else besides always had a smiling face and were ever ready to assist even with our smallest of requests. We were very touched by their attention and support.
In particular, the following persons m/s Dilraj, Adharsh, Don Thomas, Thaneshwar, Nithin and S Kumar made a strong and significant impression. I'm sorry if I have missed any of the other's names. I will definitely visit again as soon as possible.

Arrogant people, poor Hotel, Fake Photos, Total Loot, Not worth
Fake! Beware friends..!
First of all this hotel is not a resort, just a simple stay place.
No staff is there only 1 person at reception.
No restaurant, no room service.
This hotel shows something and deliver something else.
Very compact rooms, Arrogant Staff and egoistic Hotel Manager.
Not at all worth. Pathetic experience.
