Solo woman traveler

When I arrived I wasn't impressed but the rooms actually surprised me. Very clean room, decent toiletries provided, extremely comfortable bed.
They had really dark curtains too, so privacy and full darkness to sleep properly.
Staff whoever I spoke to was super nice.
Only one advise, since I was coming in late in the night and parking was in the back only. First night, the older security accompanied me. Older security man was super nice. Gave proper attention to giving me enough comfort.
Next night the other security dint and it's a long dark walk. Maybe more lights or little more attention from security person.
Don't go by looks of hotel, it's perfect for a pitstop stay.

Average customer service spoiled the experience

Staye there a month ago with family for 2 days. The service, except for the restaurant, has been decent and there's 24 hours wifi. But the service by the servers in the attached restaurant spoiled the overall experience. Our family are pure vegetarians and we mentioned the same to the staff for lunch. Still, we were served fish curry, with pieces of fish in it. When we pointed the same to the staff, the person looked apologetic and walked away instead of taking it from our table! Even the tea cups had stains in the bottom that I'd to remove with tissue paper. The management there needs to seriously improve the customer service.

Close to Airport

A decent place near to Calicut International Airport (a plus point). Rooms are neat, clean.
Restaurant is average. Staff is helpful.The plus point is it is very close to airport and good for travellers who will use Calicut airport for their travel

EXCELLENT PLACE

I have been a guest to this hotel since many years.
Hotel is excellent in terms of location it’s
close to the airport
Staff are very courteous and helpful
Food is excellent
The new management is upgrading the hotel in terms of service and hospitality
Rooms are very Comfortable, neat and clean.
Free WIFI.
Complimentary Breakfast Available,
Ample Car Parking.
I recommend this hotel.
