Lovely place & very safe for solo women travellers
Staff is excellent, very helpful.
The hotel is located in a very quiet & peaceful area but still close enough to the main Leh market area.
As a solo woman traveller, I felt completely safe & at ease here.
Would definitely stay here again & would recommend it highly !

Absolutely pathetic service. Would give minus stars if possible
The location, premises are good due to the excellent natural beauty of Leh. However, they stay experience bad due to the thoroughly unprofessional attitude of the staff from the start of checking in itself. They asked us to change the parking position of our vehicle when the parking was almost empty. The restaurant never served hot food. If asked, the staff replied 'it is hot'. Water was never provided without asking. If we asked again, they will mention it is self service. 2 500 ml bottles were provided complementary in this hot climate. If you asked again, it was replied that further water will be charged and only 1 litre bottle will be provided. What kind of service is this? You will charge even for basic amenities? There is a limit to exploitation of tourists. If we Indians are being served this way, imagine a foreigner goes through this experience, what an image he will take back to his/her country about India?
Please avoid at all costs

We regret learning that you had a poor experience at our Hotel.
The parking issue that you raised was brought to our attention and it turns out that you had parked your car in the driveway instead of the parking space that was available in abundance. The staff had no choice but to ask you to move your car to the designated parking space or if you had asked them, they would have happily moved your car in your stead.
Two units of bottled water are complimentary for all the guests, any subsequent order for packaged water is bound to be charged as per the standard procedure. Had you ordered regular water, no charges would have been levied.
We value your review and hope that we can improve our services to make sure that these kind issues do not occur in the future.

Amazing experience
They provide dinner and breakfast as well. I must mention that both of the meals were delicious. By the way, you do get punjabi dishes as well (if you love that).
Room service was absolutely excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff. Provided everything whenever it was required. Chef Ashish is amazing at cooking tasty meals. Definitely if we come again, we are going to stay at this place again.
