Great Hospitality
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding hospitality during my stay at Hotel Pinnacle.
From the moment I arrived until my departure, every experience was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, and what made it even more special was the care, warmth, and love with which it was served. My room was super comfortable, neat, and spotlessly clean, making my stay truly relaxing. The hotel's location is also excellent and adds great convenience.
What impressed me the most was the genuine warmth of your team. Every single staff member greeted and treated me with a pleasant smile, positive attitude, and sincere professionalism. Such hospitality creates a memorable experience and reflects the wonderful culture of your hotel.
I must say, you are truly great hosts. My sincere thanks to the General Manager, the Chef, the F&B Manager, the Front Office Manager, and the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable.
Thank you once again for your exceptional service and gracious hospitality. I look forward to visiting Hotel Pinnacle again and will gladly recommend your hotel to my family, friends, and colleagues.

Poor service and not hygiene. Add pick of gym which was actually not available
Staff behavior was also not upto the mark. Wifi not working at night time.
Overall bed experience.
