Terribly bad experience
Our recent stay at Avisa Nila was extremely disappointing and far from what is shown in the online photos.
From check-in itself, the experience lacked professionalism — there was no proper check-in process, no ID verification, and the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful.
The room conditions were unacceptable. There was a strong foul smell, dirty bedsheets, lizards and cockroaches in the room, and unhygienic bathrooms with extremely dirty hand showers. Despite repeated requests for a room change or even an air freshener, no action was taken.
The swimming pool was not clean, breakfast options were limited, and the food quality was below average.
What made the experience worse was the staff behavior during checkout. Instead of assisting with luggage, a staff member abruptly took the room key from our hand while we were heading to the lobby.
The photos we have posted reflect the actual condition of the property. Considering the high charges, the stay felt like a complete waste of money.
This property does not deserve even 1 star, but that is the minimum rating available. Sharing this review so future travelers can make an informed decision before booking. Highly not recommended.

The Avisa nila restaurant
We complained that we found cockroache in food they completely disagreed and they said it comes through the beach side area.

Terrible Experience – Worst Service Ever!
When we were about to leave, the staff suddenly demanded extra money for a small stain on the bedsheet—a stain that wasn’t even our fault! It was a mistake made by their own waiters, yet they tried to pin it on us. My kid was in the room, but we, the parents, were sitting outside at the time. Despite explaining this, they refused to listen and kept insisting that we had to pay.
What’s worse? They charged an outrageous ₹1000 for a single bedsheet! This is nothing but blatant looting and extortion! It’s clear that their goal is to squeeze as much money as possible from guests rather than provide decent service.
The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to understand the situation. Instead of maintaining any standard of hospitality, they seemed more interested in finding ways to exploit guests for extra money.
I strongly DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you don’t want to be cheated, harassed, and overcharged for ridiculous reasons, stay far away from this place! This is not a hotel—it’s a scam in the name of hospitality.
