Horrible!
The owner surely has spent a lot of money to build the place but there is no upkeep and absolutely no service.
So here are some points you must be careful of
1. ACs don't work in most room... We had to change 3 rooms. Initially the staff refused to acknowledge that AC was not working trying to convince us that we had started on wrong setting.
2. Only one water bottle per room, despite paying for triple occupancy ( that too a 'nakli' copyright violated bottle)
3. Despite having restro, a very shabbily dressed cook refused to cook anything.
4. Faucets, locks, washroom etc are broken
5. No one to attend to you if you need. We had a long journey so requested for tea at 630 am... On requesting for phone number of attendent, we were refused
6. On waking up in the morning, we discovered we had been locked inside and no one was available for to open locks till 7 am...
7. We had booked our breakfast with the package... Which was horrible... The cook made it clear to us that he would either do poha vada or paratha... And nothing else ..
8. The paranthas served were half cooked and neither the cook not the place looked any bit hygienic. We all left without having any meal
9. Set top box in one room was malfunction. My dad got a slight electric shock from it .
Some suggestions
1. Your manager doesn't need to flaunt to guests that he has been to prison for 3 months
2. All the staff can be given basic lessons on hygiene and how to manage guests.
3. The upkeep needs to be improved. Can't have rooms with broken locks, etc

Horrible and painful stay!
The overall maintenance was poor .
