Overall nice experience
Simran from the reception and mr Anil are very welcoming and helpful. However, it would be perfect if the hotel had a luggage room. Though, they do keep your luggages mainly near the reception, i had an awful experience when my lehenga got misplaced or should i say picked up by the courrier who thought it was his. A level of professionalism and safety was expected like maybe there should be someone to assist the courrier man. I cant explained the level of stress i had.

Not recommended
Poor service, un supportive staff.
Rooms are in very small corridors.
Shower not functioning well.
Buffet breakfast not very good. Very small place to sit even. Dosa is available but not masala dosa.
Juice is only canned not fresh.
And the amount I paid it was certainly more than what I expected in return.
Certainly I will not recommend it.

Very Rude receptionist ..Leaking taps in the room bathroom..Air-conditioning not functional ..
Only Silver Lining was the Restaurant manager on the 1st flr..very courteous and helpful
