A Wonderful Stay at Residency Hotel Fort, Mumbai

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Residency Hotel Fort, Mumbai. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and friendliness of the staff.
A special mention to the bell boys, Rajesh and Gopal, who were always helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Rajesh was especially helpful in arranging a very nice and reliable taxi driver, Nick, to take us safely to the airport. His assistance made our departure smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciated his kindness.
We would also like to thank Mr. Peter, who kindly helped us connect with our Bollywood tour guide, Mr. Raj. This turned out to be one of the highlights of our Mumbai trip. Thanks to Mr. Raj, we had an unforgettable experience visiting SJ Studios and even had the exciting opportunity to see the homes of some Bollywood stars. It was truly a special experience, especially for my husband who is a big Bollywood fan!
We also really enjoyed the hospitality at the café. Everyone who attended to us during our evening chai and morning breakfast was friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious, and we looked forward to our breakfast every morning.
Overall, Residency Hotel Fort was more than just a place to stay — the wonderful staff and their genuine hospitality made our Mumbai experience even more special.
Thank you to the entire team at Residency Hotel Fort for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would definitely love to stay here again when we return to Mumbai!

Cheap and Cheerful

From the moment we arrived there we greeted by friendly staff everywhere .Sure the rooms are small but the staff make up for it in smiles and service. There is complimentary tea and coffee served at any time throughout the day and early evening and the buffet breakfast you can also have omelet or dosa Marsala cooked to order. The hotel is within walking distance of many eating places and 15 min walk to Gateway of India and Marine Drive . The Aqua line that runs to the airport is literally a 3 minute walk from hotel and only 70 R the cheapest way to get there. If leaving from terminal 2 there is a complimentary bus from terminal 1. There is a lot of street noise so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper (we were on first floor so quite noisy but no fault of hotel as street works)

Friendly people who work hard to make your stay wonderful

The staff are so great. Gopal, Rajish and all of their colleagues are so kind and welcoming. They really made the stay wonderful.

Wonderful Experience at Residency Hotel Fort

I had a wonderful stay at Residency Hotel Fort, Mumbai. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and business areas. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai and would be happy to stay here again.

Awesome Mumbai Stay

This hotel is beautiful and amazingly run. They are so incredibly welcoming and warm. Anything you need they will help you gladly everyone is very amenable. Gopal and everyone is very happy to help. The beds are comfortable and the showers hot. We love it here.
