Very Good Staff and Very Clear and Beautiful Hotel

I would like to address that we stayed there for around 5 days the complete stay with my family was very good the staff were fi-ully co operative and the management was also good, majorly I would complement there food were really delicious and hygenic,
personal preference the simpal kadhai dal that they prepared its just commendable I personally met the cheff and asked how dod he make!
Overall Good Stay, you can go with your family and if you are a couple too.

Unhigenic Worst resort and unprofessional and not cooperative staff. avoid this resort for your peaceful journey

Worst resort to stay.
I wish there had an option for negetive review. Worst experience, the rooms were very dirty, cockroaches and spiders were roaming around. No water in toilets. They cleaned the room when we showed them all mess. On complaining the General Manager was not listening at all to any complaints. very rude, unprofessional and goons kind of behaviour. He has no idea of handling visitors. I recommend to avoid this resort for your peaceful journey.
I would have given negetive rating if option is given.

Resort with rude manager, rooms were tight , bathroom were not clean and no water in pool

My trip with my family and friends to ceyone resort was pathetic ever. Bathrooms had stinky smell, there was a spider in my room in night. No water in swimming pool which was committed earlier. Mr Rajesh kumar manager does not know how to talk with their guests. He was very rude at many issues. Plz do not visit this resort as I had worst experience was there during my vacation with family.

Bhatta falls round the corner!

Adequate stay having stayed in Massorie for 2N. Food was good for both breakfast and dinner. Frequent power outages but were resolved. Overall not a bad place to stay for a quick getaway to massorie! Sanjay at reception was very welcoming.WiFi was not so great connections kept dropping although you are in massorie out of the city so can't expect a lot! Attached some pictures of some of my experiences. On a positive to end Bhatta falls is literally 5mims walking distance! Attached a nice picture of Bhatta falls from the top.

AVOID this Unsafe, Stinky and Shady Hotel

Terrible !!!..it is a nightmare to stay in this hotel. They are liars and in the name of 3 Star service they would provide stinky , non-ventilated , non-view rooms with cockroaches . The bedsheets and blankets have pan spits marks all across. Seems very shady and unsafe hotel. They provide only TV stands in the room but actual TV will not be there . Do not book these garbage hotels which are worse than slums. Specifically if you have family or your parents with you then you should definitely avoid this hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are so stinky and have foul smells that they literally feels like being next to garbage bins.
