Five-Star Service with a Personal Touch
Returning to Radisson after 8 months truly felt like coming back home. What made this stay so special was the warm welcome from Ms. Vinitha at the reception. To my surprise, she still remembered me after all this time, and that personal touch meant a lot.
She greeted me with a genuine smile, made my check-in quick and effortless, and patiently helped me choose the room that best suited my preferences. Her kindness, professionalism, and sincere care made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest.
Exceptional hospitality is about making people feel remembered, respected, and comfortable—and Ms. Vinitha did exactly that. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to visiting Radisson again and experiencing the same wonderful hospitality.

Mysore weekend trip
Radisson Blu Mysore is located in an excellent area close to the Golf club and Race Course and very close to Chamundi Hill Road
The mall next door is a great place too
Real value for money and excellent staff , breakfast and very comfortable rooms

Great place to stay in Mysore!
Excellent place to stay in Mysore. Well maintained property with great view of the city from the rooms, fantastic in room dining options and a very good restaurant. The team is client centric and very professional. Thanks to Nithin from the front desk for helping us check-in seamlessly and the restaurant staff - RaviKiran and Ashok for great service. Hospitality missing!! General Manager lost
While the property itself is impressive, with a great location, spacious rooms, and clean facilities, the hospitality experience at Radisson Blu Mysore leaves much to be desired.
Having stayed here multiple times, I have consistently felt that guest engagement and service culture are missing. I have rarely seen the General Manager interacting with guests, which often reflects the importance given to customer experience. The Operations Manager, Mr. Bharat, appears indifferent and unapproachable, with little interest in guest feedback or even basic courtesies.
Most staff members seem unmotivated and inadequately trained in hospitality. From the moment you enter the hotel until check-out, it is uncommon to be greeted warmly or asked about your stay. The property appears to rely heavily on local staff, but proper training and supervision seem lacking.
The restaurant experience is average. Food is good, but I have never seen the Food & Beverage Manager engaging with guests or seeking feedback. Restaurant staff often appear uninterested in service. Reception staff frequently seem undertrained and lack awareness of basic guest requirements. Security personnel could also benefit from better professional training.
Fitness and wellness facilities are good on paper, but trainers are often unavailable. Requests for luggage assistance or replenishment of toiletries can take an unreasonably long time. Guests are advised to carefully review their bills before checkout, as discrepancies can occur.
What disappoints me most is the absence of personal recognition and guest relationship management. Despite multiple stays, there has never been an effort to acknowledge loyalty, offer an upgrade, or even exchange simple pleasantries.
The hotel has all the ingredients of a great property—excellent location, good infrastructure, and comfortable rooms—but something important is missing: genuine hospitality and guest-centric service.
With several excellent accommodation options available in Mysore, travellers may wish to carefully evaluate their choices before booking.
