Good hotel & value for money

I stayed in this hotel while on the way to Bhimtal for 1 night. Room was clean and good. It was small room, but no issues for 1 night stay.
Dinner in the restaurant was fine. Overall hotel is perfect for stay for short duration.

Very fair and honest hotel!

This was my second stay here recently. I had already reviewed this place earlier. However I feel compelled to add a write up about a good experience. I intended to go to Almora and Badrinath and booked room for 17th June 2013. However on 17th morning I saw the visuals on TV of the devastation in Uttarakhand. I phoned them to cancel my booking at the 11th hour. The person told me not to worry about the advance which I had sent them. Now in November I decided to visit Almora and stay en-route at this hotel. When I phoned them for booking they made no fuss and adjusted my advance made in June... Indeed they are more than fair. The Manager Mr Bisht and the Asst Mgr Mr Gaurav are both very helpful people. All the staff are polite and courteous which makes the stay worth while.

Good family hotel : Good for night halt before moving to Almora.

Last June in 2012 I went to Almora along with my family. We booked it through a friend in Almora. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. We got delayed on the way but the hotel staff waited for us and kept the restaurant open, as we phoned them up and informed them about our delay. On the way back to Delhi, we halted here for lunch. Its a nice clean hotel and good value for money. i plan to go again this mid June and shall be booking it for my family. Good food and good environment...
