2. The hotel requires guests to deposit room keys at the reception every time they go out, citing security reasons. This feels intrusive and affects privacy.Attached is the photo proof.
3. During checkout, they stop you and only allow you to leave after verifying the room, which can be uncomfortable.
4. If someone is okay with these policies, then this hotel may be suitable for them.
5. The hotel staff are good, but the manager is not good at all.

very good service, very friendly and helpful staff
Very clean rooms. Good and friendly room service. We even had a daily newspaper in the room...

Perfect for what we wanted. Wine tasting.
Only negative was the WiFi, it did work (well!) but they need the MAC address for every device before it can connect. The staff help here, still wastes time. Apparently a citywide thing, but to us just an annoyance. Took 40 mins plus to connect so we could book our onward train. A shame as otherwise this place was flawless for the price.

Great stay with very helpful and friendly staff
We found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly, they really made our stay special.
Also the food is delicious and so cheap. We ordered room service every night! Was really fresh and yum.
The bathrooms were good, really hot powerful shower and western toilet.
Our room had a nice little balcony too, and was just the budget room.
Would highly recommend.
