Nice spotless rooms, garden, in a quiet area just minutes from the metro

Definitely satisfied. Clean room in a very quiet and peaceful area, a few minutes from the metro. The rooms are in a beautiful villa with a large well-kept garden. In New Dehli having silence and peace is definitely a plus and is not common. Waking up with birds instead of horns is worth gold.

Oasis in New Dehli

The villa has only 4 rooms to rent out, making it very quiet and private. It has no swimming pool but for this price in the CP it is not a problem. We like the best the garden–it is so green and pretty. Having meals there is very relaxing. Our room (No. 3) is clean and we like the deco. It is spacious for two, but a bit cramped for three people after adding a matress, considering we had three big backpacks. Janpath Market is very near but best to take a tuk tuk (about 2 km) to go there after 5 PM. the Owners and workers are very friendly and helpful, they can help arrange drivers if you ask. There are some good restaurants within walking distance too. When walking out to the restaurants for dinner the roads are quiet so it is better to have a torch light, and not to walk alone for female travellers, though we didn't feel danger in anyway when we were there. We also found out a nice little local dried food shop called Khasmir General Store which is near the G.P. Store (this was recommended by the people in the villa). Both sell local Indian spices at local prices (not tourist traps). Both stores are very closeby but the Khasmir is in a side alley, and both are on Google map. If we come back to New Dehli we might stay here again. One suggestion to the villa is to provide residents a simple map for the area within two km of the villa showing important locations like train stations, restaurants, markets, attractions etc. it wouold be very handy and helpful.

Oasis in Delhi

The best oasis in Dehli, easily accessible and in a neighbourhood that is very quiet. Eating options within walking distance. The morning meal is very good and varied, the service very friendly and open-minded. This is the second time we have stayed at this highly recommended place and we will be back on our next visit.

Clean, calm and comfortable

A huge thank you to Amit and his team.
My husband developed gastro on our last day in India and Amit went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and had access to services before our evening flight. It was actually Amit’s local remedy and not the western medicines in my first aid kit that helped to settle the indigestion.
On the stay itself, we were there for 2 nights (rooms 1 and 2). It was such a huge relief to arrive here after days of travelling and dirt to a clean, calm and comfortable accommodation.
Staff are excellent and responsive, breakfast is excellent, plenty of bottled water available and Zimmy the house dog a pleasure to hang out with.
Can’t recommend highly enough.

Quiet location

The accommodation is quietly located in a residential area, but you can still get to the hustle and bustle of the city on foot or by tuk tuk. Our room was spacious, but unfortunately it smelled a bit musty (including the bed linen and towels). The staff were very helpful and you could have a relaxed breakfast in the small, idyllic garden. Various egg dishes, toast, butter, jam and poha were offered. Since it was not easy for us to find suitable accommodation in Delhi in terms of location and value for money, and we avoid large hotel complexes, the CP Villas was a good choice.
