Excellent place by the sea and close to the city.

Beautiful resort on the beach with a wonderful view of sunset every evening. Very friendly and helpful staff ready to guide and help. Good food in the restaurant, serving staff greet you with a warm smile and pay attention to your orders.

Needs to take care of hygiene

We recently visited Goa Marriott Resort & Spa for their buffet dinner while my brother was in town.
Overall, the experience was just about okay. The spread looked decent, but the food didn’t really stand out. Even the desserts were average. Having experienced buffets at places like Taj and ITC, we felt the quality and variety here could definitely be better.
What really disappointed us, though, was a hygiene issue. My husband was serving himself a brownie with ice cream and found a long strand of hair in it. We immediately informed the staff, and to their credit, the chef personally came to apologise and even brought a freshly made brownie to our table.
While the gesture was appreciated, such lapses shouldn’t happen at a hotel of this standard. It does take away from the overall experience and affects the mood of what should have been a special evening.
Hoping they work more on consistency and hygiene going forward.

Can be Better!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Staff is generally helpful and food is of good standard. Spa and Spa staff great. However, I found the beer in the Bar for continuous 3 days was not cold. First day on a Friday it was not cold and was told it is a dry day hence beer bottles will take long to get cold as all beers were taken off the fridges. (Hard to believe.) They were still cold for the next 2 days. There is an issue with the fridges.
My room though clean and tidy with fresh linen yet the room and bathroom has maintenance issues as damp on the walls, paint peeling off and bathrooms in need of repair. I attach photos of the same.
The hotel general areas also need maintaining and is slowly going down. I will not stay here again.

Mesmerising Goa trup

*Marriott Resort & Spa, Miramar Beach, Goa* ⭐⭐
This stay was mostly magical. From valet to Duty Manager Sweet Ritu and the ever-enthusiastic Ashruti, everyone made us feel like family. Chef Ajinkya and Sous Chef Dattaguruji served incredible food, and the spa left my husband and daughter completely rejuvenated.
The best part? They treated our boxer Mohi like a VIP too — with treats, walks, and so much love. We had booked for 2 nights but were so overwhelmed by the hospitality we received, that we extended a night stay.
Don’t really remember all the names but the staff from Waterfront and Azur and the casino was amazing. Thank you all.
The only low point was one interaction at the pool with my husband that felt a bit rude and could have been avoided. Apart from that, the team was wonderful.
We came for a break and left with memories for a lifetime. Already planning to come back! ❤️

The ultimate spa experience

I had the most incredible relaxing experience at Goa Marriott Ouan Spa. From the moment I walked in, the calming atmosphere and the Friendly staff Vaman made me feel instantly at ease. The facilities were pristine and the treatment by Sidhi itself was top-notch. Her know how of the type of treatment was precise I left feeling completely rejuvenated and stress free. If you are looking to unwind and pamper yourself this is the absolute best place to do it. I will definitely be a returning.
