Miramar Residency- Hospitality with a personal touch

The overall experience at Miramar Residency including the Staff behaviour, Room, Location, housekeeping services and cleanliness has been excellent....I would like to visit the property again and again...... Hospitality provided by the team especially Mr Chandrasekhar and Mr Vinod is worth appreciation.....

Could have been better

Good - 1.Location.
2.Bengali server with moustache (don't know his name) gave good service at restaurant. Very polite and smiling behaviour.
3. Room tariff is affordable.
4. Bed and AC were comfortable.
Bad - 1.No wifi available and breakfast not included.
2. Food price is high. Not expected from a government establishment whose room tariff is lower in comparison.
3. No intercom / phone in room.
4. Nobody comes to clean room.
5. Balcony, furniture, curtains, tables etc were dirty.
6. Tv was not working.
7. Room service - You have to remind them several times if you want even a water bottle.

Good for a low budget stay

Pros:
1) Amazing location, easy access to beach.
2) Great food. You get authentic Goan cuisine, as well as multi-cuisine staples.
3) Polite, friendly staff and prompt service.
4) Well stocked bar
5) Chill music performance every night.
6) Everything is DIRT CHEAP
Cons:
1) Entire property is in a state of disrepair.
2) Cleanliness/ hygiene can be an issue
3) Beware of staff members who run rackets vis-a-vis cab services and entry to tourist attractions etc.

Live life Kingsize

A place.worth a stay if looking for budget stay. Beautiful surroundings and near by beach is the bounty.the rooms are.spacious, Balcony is big and bed space is sufficient. Clean linen, regular water. Only Kettle to warm water is given, carry your own tea making stuff. Restaurant is okay(3/5rating). Zomato swiggy work fine, and turn out to be cheaper than shaks..Refrigerator in the rooms is a boon.

Congrats on the great spa service

I would like to recommend professional spa services at Tattva spa . They are really good and professional . Also recommend Alenti and tiniya for their excellent warm care . The location of the hotel Cidade de Goa and Taj is excellent with beautiful calm ambience , lovely music , great food . Goa is always a great place for relaxation and business combined . This twin hotels are a combination of antiquity and modernity for one to experience both .
