Good food Indian
The Westin – Aafreen Review
Had an amazing experience at Aafreen, The Westin, for my husband’s birthday celebration. ❤️ The food was delicious, the ambience was beautiful, and we had a wonderful time. A lovely place for a special celebration! ✨

Great location, great rooms, average service.

Pros
Location is great a lot of places close by, although the traffic just outside can be a mess, but im assuming that cause of the construction work.
Rooms are very spacious and well planned.
Toiletries are good quality
Gym is good, well equipped and well maintained.
They have a squash court, sadly I never got the time to play
Sachin from house keeping was great.
Cons:
Below average service at the time of checking in.. checking out was better.
The lobby security in the night tried to stop me from entering, ran after me, stopped me and questioned me.
Was a little off putting.
Not a big problem but its a Non smoking hotel.. which makes life difficult if you need an early morning cigarette.
Swimming pool is a lot smaller than you'd expect and Access to the pool is through the restaurant, which is a little wried.

Amazing weekend staycation
We had an amazing weekend staycation. From the newly renovated rooms to the delicious food at The Market, everything was wonderful.
The dinner had a wide variety of food with many live stations and the next day’s brunch was equally enjoyable with lots of fun kids activities around.
The hotel is also conveniently located with easy access to the city and KOPA Mall.

A Truly Magical Stay – Service That Created Memories Forever
As an Elite Titanium Member, my recent experience at The Westin, Koregaon Park, Pune was truly a Stay to Remember Forever.
What made this stay so special was the relentless, customer-centric, and genuine service provided by Guest Relations Manager, *Ms. Ambika Singh.*
Initially, we were assigned Room 933, which unfortunately did not offer the kind of view we had hoped for, leaving us a little disappointed. The moment we shared our concern, Ms. Ambika immediately understood our frustration and the urgency of our request. She proactively assisted us and arranged another room with a better view.
After spending a day, I still felt that my stay was not turning out as enjoyable as I had expected, so I once again requested a room change. Ms. Ambika stepped in once again and went above and beyond by arranging an upgraded room for me.
*That one gesture completely transformed my experience. What started as a normal stay turned into a truly magical stay, creating memories that I will cherish forever.* Her genuine care, empathy, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly deserve special recognition.
*A special thanks from the bottom of my heart to Ms. Ambika Soni for making our stay so memorable.*
I would also like to recognize *Mr. Kamalakar, Room Service Manager, for his warm welcome and delightful service. His hospitality added a special flavour to our stay and made us feel truly valued* .

Great experience at westin hotel
Came for shetty wedding and I was coordinating the entire event with my team the entire staff i met was excellent akum helped with quick check in and exceptional service he was well versed with the entire group coordinating and handled efficiently thank you for making a successful event for us satish/annesh and team helped with very smooth arrival experience
