Superb service

This hotel was amazing and staff was very cooperative. One of the staff members Himanshu gave us excellent service and also arranged transport and food as per our choice. He arranged for our Jagannath Darshan also in such huge crowds. All arrangements were made for our pleasant stay including room services round the clock. A kind helpful person who made our stay pleasant.

A decent hotel, not no far from the Sea Beach.

I liked the hotel, as I was travelling this time with a low budget. Go right, you will reach the sea in 2 minutes. There are a few hotels and restos on the same lane and on the main road. Sonar Tori looked to be a good choce adjacent to Pushpa. Sonar Tori also has a Bengali buffet (Veg @ Rs.90). One can reach the Jagannath temple after about 20 minutes walk.
Puri Hotel and Victoria Club is also very near. Plenty of food options nearby.

Close to beach area

Aircon ok.. room as per rating. Not clean. Breakfast very good. Reception friendly. But chk out is 7am strict too early..lost one sunrise and seabathing opportunity. Close to the happening beach area. Not much beach view. Internet speed ok. Can get tuktuk to anywhere from . Can walk to beach 100 meters

Property in congested alleyway.
No parking facility.
Front desk did not look that appealing & still old fashioned paper work. Sign in register etc.
Rooms were very small, dirty, smelly,damp.
Saw three rooms to see which one I could like it.
Dirty bed sheets, dirty pillow covers with staine on them. Just one picture.
Checkout time 8am. Not good.
Hinge of toilet seat was loose. Very uncomfortable to sit.
Some how spent the night.

Pleasant stay at Puri

We booked our hotel at Puri on MakeMyTrip online. Our room was a Family Suite Four-Bed room on the first floor, which is accessible by lift. The first appearance of the room was clean and spacious, having an aesthetic appeal. The furniture, although old, was well maintained and free from any bugs. Hotel Pushpa is within walking distance from the sea beach, and many good Bengali restaurants are nearby. The TV, AC, geyser, and mini fridge in our room were all in working condition. Although the room has two windows, it was difficult to open them. As such, the room is not well ventilated; you need to keep the AC on to avoid suffocation. The washroom was decent, but need to be careful when working with soap and water on the slippery tiles fitted in the bathroom. The entire stay was without any external disturbances. The puja panda in the hotel is very helpful, and his service was beyond my expectations. The driver provided for our tour package was very friendly, and he made all adjustments to suit our customized requirements. The behavior of the hotel staff was friendly and professional, and they attended to all our requests without any delay. Overall, a pleasant stay at Hotel Pushpa, Puri, and a recommended family hotel in Puri.
