Excellent Stay
- Beautifully designed cottages with ACs.
- Small swimming pool and very large play area.
- Food is light but tasty.
- Dining hall is little away from the cottages.
- Overall good experience.

Very Bad
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the appalling service and safety concerns my family and I experienced during our recent stay at your resort.
The food service was completely unorganized and the quality was unacceptable. Specifically, the vegetarian options were severely lacking; the Gobi Manchurian contained no cauliflower, only masala. Despite our attempts to resolve this, we faced constant hurdles. Anil did not respond to our calls, Sarath Gowda was unable to assist, and Chandrasekhar provided no resolution, leaving us in a frustrating loop for nearly six hours without food. We faced similar struggles trying to obtain tea and snacks in the evening.
Furthermore, we found the staff to be unprofessional and demanding of money without providing any actual service. Most alarmingly, when we inquired about dinner, the situation escalated to the point where we felt physically threatened. We felt we had to flee the resort for our own safety.
Given the gravity of these issues—ranging from poor service and lack of basic catering to genuine concerns for our physical safety—I expect a serious response and immediate action. Please do not provide a default automated reply, as the severity of this experience requires direct intervention.

Mixed experience
Since I had visited many resort in Kanakapura, I am reviewing comparatively.
I felt that cost is high as per activities.
The activities are pool, basket ball, indoor games and rain dance.
Open Air Theatre is one which is something additional available.
Also cycles are available but it's poorly maintained.
Food is limited in variety and for veg, very less options and service is poor.
Looks like staff focusses on custom menu and better services for additional orders rather than buffet.
Smart Tv is there in rooms but no wifi.
Even after giving complaint, they could not do anything for wifi.
I would rate 3/5.
