The resort does not match the images or expectations. Not value for money — would not recommend.
Avoid This Resort! Horrific Service, Zero Maintenance, and Security Issues.
We booked 50 rooms at Summer Green Resort for a large group/wedding on Feb 18th and 19th, and it was a catastrophic experience. For a property that markets itself as a "premium getaway" near Hyderabad, it fails on every possible level.
1. Major Security & Professionalism Issues
The staff behavior was not just unprofessional—it was "idiotic" and intrusive. Despite our checkout being at 11:00 AM on the 19th, staff began hounding us to vacate at 3:00 AM. They actually entered the rooms of sleeping guests to demand they leave. This is a massive breach of privacy and safety.
2. Abysmal Maintenance & Infrastructure
The "Dark" Baraat: During our procession, the lights failed. We requested a technician, only to be told the resort does not have an electrician on board. We were forced to conduct our baraat in total darkness.
Room Quality: The rooms are neglected, with old, worn-out furniture. Cleanliness was non-existent, and bathrooms were unhygienic and poorly maintained.
3. Substandard Dining Experience
Though we were offered "complimentary breakfast," it was a shambles. The staff was disorganized, running around frantically while the food lacked freshness, taste, and variety. It was so bad that the majority of my guests had to leave the resort to eat at a hotel across the street.
4. Zero Accountability
While you can’t find a single staff member for service or assistance during the night, they were magically available all night to harass our guests into vacating early. The "premium" images online are a complete deception; the actual facility is crumbling and poorly managed.
Finally save your money and your sanity. This resort has zero hospitality standards, arrogant staff, and no basic infrastructure. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst Buffet Break fast experience
I'm writing this review regarding my recent experience at the Summer Green resort's breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, I found the staff and management to be unaccommodating and lacking in hospitality skills.
The breakfast buffet, priced at Rs 360 (including GST), offered a limited selection of items including idly, chutney, dosa, and puri. The puri appeared to be cooked in overused oil, resulting in a deep brown color. The buffet also included one beverage option, along with low-quality cut fruits, and subpar tea and coffee.
In my opinion, this breakfast buffet ranks as the poorest among resorts in the Shamirpet area. While one shouldn't expect five-star resort quality, the food served was comparable to roadside fare.
When we requested a bill, the staff seemed ill-equipped to generate one, instead providing a handwritten receipt on plain paper. This incident is indicative of their overall service quality.
For those considering resort services in the area, I strongly recommend exploring other options that offer genuine service and fair pricing. As a customer, I advise against choosing Summer Green resort to avoid disappointment and wasted expenses.

Bad food.worst staff all uneducated and labour type
Very bad experience. The staff was horrible specially some Joseph there. Food quality worst.Ambience bad.

Dirty and filthy
We had booked two rooms for 5 people for 5-7 Aug 2023. On request, the staff provided us adjacent rooms. The good part stops here. On reaching the resort and paying the exorbitant amount the taxi asked, I was hoping for some peace and relaxation. The resort does not allow vehicles to come inside. Getting off the road, and sorting out the entry formalities, we were shown the room. The room was stinking as we entered. Air conditioner worse than a water cooler with fan hardly working, we checked the bed sheets which were smelly and dirty. The bathroom has stench as if somebody has just used it. Asking for an upgrade, I was told that the resort is fully booked. There was a continuous music been played outside but we didn’t bother because by that time we had made up our minds. Booked another hotel and checked out immediately without staying there even for an hour. While checking out, the manager or whoever he was, told us there has just been 2 checkouts and rooms are available. How amazing someone just left the resort to accommodate us while a minute ago it was fully booked. We requested the resort to book 2 taxis, which they did because they had a commission of 200 INR in that too.
We did not get any refund and we had booked through Agoda. On telling them that we have hardly used the services, we were told it’s the policy that they can’t refund any or part of the payment. Fair enough keep your policy but provide basic hygiene and cleanliness in your rooms. I wonder who actually stays in those filthy rooms.

Decent Resort
If you are expecting world-class customer service and luxurious rooms then this is not the place for you. The rooms are decent and well-maintained. However the service is not great as it takes ages for them to complete a task. The sorrounding is beautiful with lush green outfields. There is a fish spa, general spa, games room, parking, open gardens, swimming pool available at the resort. The foods is also good.
