Please do come and stay here to experience the 5 star level of hospitality at the heart of the city Srinagar
The Atmosphere is always measured through the people that are part of the organisation. Best team - right from the front desk, bell persons, house keeping (one call away on real time), Kitchen and restaurant. The team is more than willing to cater and serve the guests.
Interiors and the aesthetics of the property is just at a superlative level. One can see the efforts and selection and passion and commitment of the owner towards making this hotel a beautiful piece of Art.
Please do have a look at the craftsmanship and the rush lush wooden and art pieces displayed all over. Each floor or level depicts a unique art form. Highly recommended.
Rooms are always epic and span and everything looks so effortlessly done. Though out the day one can see the rooms remain clean and there are on operational hazards.
The staying experience has been smooth and seamless. We are carrying huge volume of good memories of this property and our stay.
It felt so good. Dear team, you made us feel so special.
I may not remember all the names - Rizwan, Imtiaz, Chef Ahmad, Chinese Chef, Chef for Biryani, Shyam Jee, Rajesh, Aahil, Aqib, and some of them who were behind the scene putting together an experience for us.
What was interesting was meeting the owner of the Sarovar Premiere. He would come and individually asks his guests about the areas of improvement for the property. When one meets person of his measure, one realises immediately as to why this place looks like the way it is.
He has just one objective to see his guests concluding their stay at a very high note and go all happy and hearty and with loads of satisfaction and an appetite to come back to this place called Sarovar Premiere.
Note: This is just our personal experience that I tried to put together in few words.
