Very bad worst

Very bad taking charges for a bed sheet staine 3500 very high and ir responsible behavior and charging money for a stane

No Spare Key Available

“The room was okay, but the lack of a spare key was very inconvenient. When my friend had the room key, I asked for a duplicate, but the hotel said they didn’t have one. They eventually opened the room with the master key after verification, but this could have been handled much better. Hotels should have a proper backup key system for guests.”

Very Poor service

Service is very bad and dead slow.
Kitchen services are also very slow they refused to provide tava chapati because of LPG issue I don’t the same is still persist. To earn some extra buckets they try to sell costly food items. Very pathetic service.

Check out time issue

Hotel stay was satisfactory but reception is not welcoming and issue regarding check out time that is 9 am is totally unjstified this should be 11am

Ok

The hotel location, premises and amenities were top notch. However, the receptionist Bhavesh was uncooperative a bit. We requested for a triple occupancy upgrade because of a health issue of a third friend, but he denied help outright inspite of the property policy allowing co-stay of opposite genders. Kindly take care of the needs and requirements of travellers trusting you with their stay.
