Excellent place for families to stay. Very well thought out in terms of providing facilities to travellers
Pros
1. Space - You get an apartment for yourself with bedrooms and separate bathrooms in each bedroom, a kitchen, living room and dining space. This really helps when you travel with family and want a common space to move around and interact.
2. Cleanliness was impeccable. The linens and towels etc were fresh. Even in the kitchen, no utensil was dirty. I hope they can maintain this. If you wanted to clean your own plates, they even had a scrubber with dishware bar. The bathrooms were in superb condition.
3. Facilities - Kitchen has a water heater kettle, induction stove, all basic cutlery, rice cooker and even a tea strainer if you want to make your tea. This was super thoughtful! You could wash your clothes and dry it in the terrace where they had a rope and even clips.
Lift was operational and with senior citizens that was crucial. All rooms have air conditioning which is great for the hot weather. Bathrooms had geysers. Basic toiletries are provided such as soap and shampoo. They even had a small Pooja room.
4. Staff - Arjun was very friendly and extremely helpful. He gave us guidance and ideas on planning our temple visits. When we needed some milk, sugar and tea powder, the staff was quick to get it for us.
Frankly, I can't find any fault with this place. The owner has well thought out the needs of travellers and made it very comfortable.
Location might be a constraint for those wanting to use busses to travel around but not for people using their car or Uber. Some things that could be improved are keeping an intercom so that staff can be reached quickly, some wipe to clean the table after eating and maybe a rope in the balcony also to dry washed clothes if needed.
