Not a recommended place to stay
We recently stayed at Riyansh Hotel in Ginwala, Agastyamuni area, Ukhimath, Rudraprayag District, en route to Kedarnath. The location is convenient, but the overall service quality did not match our expectations.
We booked a premium room for three, including breakfast and dinner. However, the food was often cold and below standard, with limited variety at breakfast and no proper replacement or apology when we raised concerns. The restaurant service felt slow and disorganized, which was disappointing for a full‑service hotel.
Staff were mostly unresponsive to basic requests, such as extra towels and room‑service issues. There was little sense of hospitality, and we often felt ignored or treated as an inconvenience rather than guests.
Overall, the stay failed to meet even basic comfort and service expectations. I would not recommend Riyansh Hotel for family or group trips.

**Terrible Stay at Riyansh Hotel – Avoid for Family Trips**
The staff dismissed our complaints outright, showing negligence toward guest comfort and privacy. Hospitality felt absent; we were treated more like an inconvenience than valued guests. Requests for extra towels and room service fixes were ignored.
The restaurant service was a major disappointment. We booked a premium room for three, including breakfast and dinner, but meals fell far short of expectations. Food arrived cold, lacked quality, and the breakfast buffet offered limited, subpar options. When we raised concerns, the waiter brushed us off without an apology or replacement.
For a hotel positioning itself as full-service, the overall quality barely met basic standards. I strongly advise against visiting Riyansh Hotel with family or friends.
