Exceptional Care for Guests with Food Allergies and Celiac Disease
As someone with severe food intolerances and celiac disease, travelling can often be stressful, especially when it comes to finding safe meals. However, the entire team at BrijRama went above and beyond to ensure I could enjoy my stay without worry.
A very special thanks to Mr. Bhupesh Ray (F&B Manager) and Chef Satya Prakash Mishra for their outstanding professionalism and kindness. Even before my arrival, Chef Satya Prakash and his team had been thoroughly briefed and trained regarding my dietary restrictions and the importance of preventing cross-contamination. They maintained a separate kitchen workspace for my meals, handled ingredients with utmost care, and ensured every member of the team was perfectly in sync.
What impressed me the most was that despite my numerous ingredient restrictions, Chef Satya Prakash prepared fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully crafted meals that never made me feel like I was missing out. Every dish was made with genuine care and attention to detail. Pictures might not do justice to the flavour each and every dish had. My favourite was the tofu dish Chef Satya Prakash especially made.
It is rare to find a hotel where the staff not only understand food allergies and celiac disease but also execute the necessary precautions so seamlessly. Their dedication allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my time in Varanasi.
Thank you to the entire BrijRama team for making me feel safe, valued, and cared for. I would highly recommend this beautiful property, especially to travellers with complex dietary needs and food allergies.
