Verry good
My stay at Hotel Premiere Villa in Varanasi was truly a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of.
The staff were all incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I would especially like to thank Rajan, Prasad, Achale, Somya, Sudhir, and Sharma for their excellent service and warm attitude. They truly went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible and were always ready to help. I would like to give a special mention to Achale: small in stature, but extremely alert and always sharp — truly admirable.
I would also like to give a special compliment to Ranjeet Tiwari ji, and the security guard. He was always polite, attentive, and helpful, and made me feel safe and at ease throughout my stay.
The service, hospitality, and dedication of the entire team make this hotel highly recommended for anyone visiting Varanasi. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

An average hotel
Have been there for 4N with group.
Small hotel ideally located near Assi ghat.
Room sizes are good, slightly lack in house keeping, staff is friendly, bathroom need improvements.
Consumables are required though falls in lower-mid 3-star property.
One lift serve the purpose of guests.
Pure vegetarian hotel, small restaurant but clean.
Staff in restaurant is very friendly & humble.
Food quality, though they try many things but "TASTE' was a miss.
They should concentrate on improving the taste UP's local varieties instead of trying Chinese etc.
Its better if they change the chef as my experience was not very good with taste of everything that he tried except the last day.
Since we used to be out most of the times therefore didn't get any chance to watch TV.

Very small room - average stay
My third trip to Benaras and I reached with a morning flight. I did mention that I will have a early check in however they made me wait for quite sometime and then I got a room which was quite small and definitely didn’t look like how it was in pictures. But it has a beautiful restaurant in the ground floor and if u r going for religious reasons it is very well located so overall it’s an average stay

Nice stay at Varanasi during a scorching summer
It was a personal visit during this May. We already knew about the climate of Varanasi. We wanted to stay in an apparently peaceful area is densely crowded Varanasi. So we chose Premier Villa based on the feedbacks in Tripadvisor. Our decision seems to be very wise as the hotel is located at a very prime position in Varanasi (extremely close to Sankat Mochan Mandir) and in a good proximity to all available attractions of Varanasi. We stayed in a premier room which had a complementary breakfast option. The room is not very big but quite spacious for a couple with small kid. All the amenities including sofa, mini fridge, writing table etc. are available including modern and clean toilet. Staffs in the is hotel are very courteous and helpful with pleasant personality. You will get room cleaning service everyday. Communication from this hotel is readily available with lot of options like auto, toto or cab. Regarding food, we are hardcore non vegetarian but this hotel offers only vegetarian food. Initially we were very shocked as it was written 'multicuisine restaurant'. But later we realised that the quality and taste of the food is awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. The restaurant offers a wide spread of indian, chinese and continental vegetarian food but the taste is too good. Overall it was a very pleasant stay except the weather. We will definitely come back again here during winter or some other time when the atmosphere is more pleasant.

GLORIFIED LODGE NOT A THREE STAR HOTEL. PRICE DOES NOT JUSTIFY AT ALL.
its a revamped lodge, do not consider a 3 star hotel. price does not justify the facility at all. breakfast is only 2 items apart from tea coffee and bread- disappointing. extra bed is a mattress on the floor- shocking. linen is not washed and crisp - disgusting. water heater is switched off in the night- unbelievable. location is not a real advantage - far from kashi temple and dashashwamedh ghat. a nala/ sewage water runs behind the hotel, view is pathetic and smells bad. lift get stuck when power shuts down, back up power takes time to operate. horrifying experience to get stuck in dark lift.
