Chocking experience!
Stayed in the room 503 on 7/18/2026 with a late checkout arrangement at 3pm. At 1pm, the floor intendent, Mrs Karima, knocked once at the door then opened it, despite having the non disturb sign hang on the door, to find us in our underwear then shouted that we must leave the room, the regular checkout is at mid-day!
I went directly to her manager to complain about this miss treatment and I had only his apologies in return. not sure what actions have been taken to prevent this from happening again as this show a serious lack of professionalism from a person who has keys to locked doors!

But I realize that I too often forget to talk about those who work every day, sometimes in the shadows, to make each stay pleasant: the accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping teams, and all the services that ensure the cleanliness of the rooms and their preparation. Their professionalism, their availability, and above all their smile make all the difference.
I would like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Marwan, housekeeper, whose sense of service and attention to detail are remarkable, as well as to Ms. Widad, who welcomes me every month with the same smile, the same kindness, and exemplary professionalism.

Excellent Service and a Very Pleasant Stay
I would especially like to recognize Amine at the reception. He was welcoming, courteous, and highly professional throughout my stay. His positive attitude, efficiency, and willingness to help made the check-in process smooth and ensured I felt well taken care of from the very beginning.
