Really nice
The staff is pleasant, friendly, and welcoming.... But nothing is perfect unfortunately: faulty air conditioning. Reported twice to the front desk but the problem was not resolved, fortunately it was not too hot otherwise the room would have been unlivable
For my part, I took a suite, located on the top floor of the hotel, making the room quiet and relaxing without the tumult of the street.
Jacuzzi very appreciable, even if the operation was not very clear.
Room rather dark, and every time the room is made: the staff closes all the curtains... peculiar but not very mean.
Aside from that, very pleasant room
Breakfast buffet rather well stocked, and good, and restaurant really good
Possibility of parking upon arrival, no space reservation at the time of booking the room, which is really a shame and can be a bit stressful for the more anxious. Access to the parking lot via car elevator, mandatory to request staff assistance every time you wish to leave the hotel with your vehicle. A bit annoying but understandable...

Big room, great location.
Cleaning in room and communal area very good. Reception friendly and professional. Breakfast ok, nothing amazing but enough to enjoy.
Construction work underway around hotel. Didn’t bother me but might others. Overall, good solid four star hotel. Only negative, no real outdoor area or pool to enjoy sun and relax. But it is a city hotel.

Disappointing, we will not return.
Unfortunately, these positive points are not enough to compensate for a deeply disappointing experience.
This night was a gift that my wife had given me, a particularly generous gesture considering the very high price of the suite. We were therefore expecting a moment of exception. Instead, we accumulated disappointments.
Upon our arrival, we noticed that a bathrobe was stained, a detail that has no place in an establishment positioning itself at the high end. My wife had also paid an extra fee for a romantic package, but the champagne bucket provided was defective and leaked, leaving water on the desk of the suite.
Between the bathroom and the bedroom, a poorly fixed baseboard posed a real danger: we caught our foot on it several times. The private spa, one of the main arguments justifying the price of this suite, only partially worked, which significantly degraded our experience.
The design of the lighting is also difficult to understand. Aside from the bathroom, there is no ceiling lighting. The rest consists of decorative lights placed on the floor, which are insufficient for comfortably enjoying the suite.
The air conditioning malfunctioned almost every hour. With an outside temperature of 37°C, it was particularly difficult to maintain a pleasant temperature in the room.
The bedding, consisting of two closely placed twin beds, is visibly worn. For a suite priced at this level, the expected comfort simply was not present.
However, the most disappointing aspect remains the reaction of the front desk staff. In response to the various reported issues, we encountered neither genuine listening, nor empathy, nor a willingness to find a suitable solution.
When one invests such an amount to provide a special moment for a loved one, one expects at the very least to be taken seriously when so many malfunctions occur.
What was supposed to be a memorable gift from my wife unfortunately turned into a series of inconveniences and frustrations. Given the price charged and the advertised services, the gap between the promise and reality is considerable. I leave this stay with a deep sense of disappointment and cannot recommend this establishment under these conditions.
