Very good ratio price \ what you get
Skvělé jídlo. Blízko lanovky cca 200 m a půjčovny lyží cca 200 m. Dobrá cena, dobrý poměr cena výkon. Podle fotek jsme očekávali nedostatky, ale servis byl skvělý.

Nightmare Hotel
Never experienced such a bad hotel within Austria: 200 euros a night for 2 people. The hotel has apparently never been renovated since its construction. In the corridors moldy smell, ancient carpeting, worn, holes and stains. Same in the rooms. Lamp hangs on a rope, toilet has tiles from 1950 and smells unpleasant after decades of urine deposits. At the reception a lady who does not speak a word of German.. we are still in Austria according to the map, her English is also partly incomprehensible and brittle. Breakfast: sour, flocculated milk...igitt, toast that swims in fat...appetite just passed... except the location this hotel has nothing to offer and should definitely not have 3 stars! Surely never again!

Overnight stay
Great hotel which I suspect is perfect in winter. In summer it has a little more to desire.
Large hotel complex where quite a lot was closed, because it is summer.
The rooms, clear ski resort, pine, pine, and even more pine. The handle on the toilet door broke, could have panicked if you were locked in the toilet
The rooms smelled a bit stuffy.
At the games room there was a smell of smoke.
There was buffet to choose in the evening or via menu, we chose goulash soup with bread, which was very good
The service from the waiter was still very good, he raised the rating! Ordered fries which we got and he also offered the coffee afterwards.
The morning breakfast was just general chaos, a lot of people, the supply was very limited.
So the rating got 2 because of the service. Wouldn't sleep more than one night there

Glad it was only 2 nights
Pillows like concrete but room was neat. The coffee not to drink and cappuccino cold. Dark and unsociable, and staff really don't feel like it. Breakfast and dinner buffet was mediocre. For us, never again. Exercising was no more than a few bikes under the stairs and everyone passed there.

Are you sure it's a three-star?
My husband and I spent the night of August in this hotel on the Austrian side of the Pramollo pass, thanks to the difficulty in finding Accommodation at the last moment as well as a 19% discount on the full price. The structure, 80 years and shows them all, is designed for winter customers; in fact, it is located near the ski slopes.
The room was clean, spacious and rationally subdivided by a wardrobe arranged transversely: a sleeping area and a TV area with two corner sofas, which we used to lay our luggage. The toilet is separated from the bathroom: turn on the toilet light and a loud fan starts: if you have to use the bathroom during the night you will wake up the roommate, unless he is deaf.
Strangely, the temperature in the room was quite high, to the point that my husband thought the heating was on. Even opening the window (little more than a loophole), the situation did not improve. And we who went to 1500 meters above sea level to find shelter in the sultry plain!
Before going to sleep I used the wellness area: a swimming pool and a sauna where there was no vigilance, even here it was infernal heat. If I was alone in the pool and passed out, who would save me?
The bed was particularly noisy: by nature, I move several times before falling asleep, which was inhibited in this bed that creaked at the slightest movement. But above all, the bed turned out to be so uncomfortable that my husband at one point preferred to lie on the floor: I can assure you that he is one who can sleep on the rocks!
Final treat, the breakfast: the quality was acceptable, but the organization of the buffet was inadequate: the sweet near the savory, to the point of confusing the preparations; the drinks placed in a corner where there were exhausting queues; difficulty figuring out how to serve fresh drinks (even for Austrians!).
Finally: a three-star hotel, like the Alpenhotel Marcius, should guarantee at least 16 hours of reception a day; in fact, between Check-in and Check-out it covered six scarce. A hotel close to Italy should have Italian speaking staff. You might argue that our hotels also sin when it comes to language skills, but in Austria I have always found high standards, everywhere, except here. Not Recommendation.
