Everything worked out very well!
Great vacation

Perfect family vacation – every time anew
The children's and family hotel Ramsi is simply top-notch! Our daughter and we ourselves look forward to it every time anew when we are there. We have already been guests nine times and the tenth stay is already booked – that probably speaks for itself!
We feel completely comfortable every time and always enjoy coming back. The food leaves little to be desired at any time of day and offers a great selection for young and old. The entire staff is also always friendly, warm, and ready at any time to ensure guests have a completely pleasant stay.
I can recommend this hotel without reservation. Even after so many stays, there is nothing negative for us to report. For families who want to spend a relaxing and carefree vacation, the Ramsi is simply the perfect choice.

Great family vacation
1. Vacation at a family hotel
It was our first family vacation at a family hotel. It was very relaxed, 100% for children, and you could also stay relaxed if a child screamed during a meal or didn't sit still. Staff were all top, top, top!! Room could use air conditioning. Childcare was also great, and you could do several activities together as a family. There were also many activities nearby, Nassfeld, Lake Pressegger, ... Food was super delicious and varied.

Completely amazing
We recently stayed here for 6 nights during half term on our first holiday abroad from the uk with our two sons who are 6 and 9.
We were awe struck at how amazing it was. Kindness and warmth shine through this hotel, from the owners to the reception, serving, children’s, room attendants - all staff were so kind. The food was amazing and there is everything you can imagine, playgrounds, sports halls, soft play.
The level of thought and creativity that then goes into some hidden gems - a walk up a waterfall with well placed ladders, and Ramsi- a joyful figure who comes out to dance every night, has a hut here. We also found an ideas workshop, a hut with some stones and acrylic paint, a family treasure hunt, it’s wonderful.
This hotel showcases nature and sustainability, there are really no words to express how great it is and my children loved it, they didn’t sit still for a second!

Excellent experience. Above and beyond expectations.
The whole family (5 adults of different ages and 2 small children ) felt like they were being perfectly hosted, excellent hospitality- exceeded expectations. both in terms of activities for children (Petting animals , playground..) , as well as in terms of food (The variety of food, from childcare to a chef's restaurant, was excellent). Meeting the needs and requiremnts of adults.the entire hotel & environment makes you feel good. We will definitely return to Familienhotel Ramsi
