Apart Andrea

Wonderful ski vacation again
Apart Andrea is the ideal accommodation you can find! Very clean, modern, spacy with all necessary equipment in the kitchen etc.. Very very nice and helpful owners. Beautiful river in front of the apart where you can walk with the kids or dogs (like we did) after the ski day. You can order bread service each morning. Ski bus is just in front of the apart. So you park your car at the beginning and don't touch till the end. Very reasonable price. Ski room is very spacy and clean.

Lovely big apartment
We were a party of 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and a Shetland Sheepdog. We found out, after trying to get on a bus, that dogs need muzzles for all public transport, (bus, cable-car, etc).
There is car parking space at the side of Apart Andrea, for about 8 cars, but some could be blocked in.
The check-in was very quick and Petra was very helpful with the forms for the Silvretta All-Inclusive cards. These gave guests in the valley free rides on the bus, cable cars, chair-lifts and entrances to various places, in the summer during your stay.
We had apartment number 3, which had 2 double bedrooms, (both with en-suite shower rooms), and a twin bedroom. There was also a family shower room, so no arguments between the brother and sister about who was going to use the shower first, (which was great for us). Good size wardrobes in every room, and each bedroom had its own safe as well as a flat screen television. The beds were very comfortable, but we did take our own pillows as the ones used in Austria are very different from the English ones, and we prefer our own.
The kitchen was a proper full kitchen and had everything you need; full size oven, 4 ring hob, good size fridge with small freezer compartment, (perfect for ice cubes and ice lollies). There were also plenty of storage cupboards with crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc.
The dining table was a good size for us, with comfortable chairs and a banquette.
The living area had a sofa bed, which we found to be very uncomfortable to sit on as a sofa, and it was only for 2 people. There was a small coffee table in front of this sofa, and a large flat screen television mounted on the wall. In the middle of this room was a large open space that seemed to be a waste, as another seating area could have been placed here for more comfort when there is several people in the apartment.
The apartment had 2 Juliette balconies, 1 in a double bedroom and 1 in the living area, plus a walk-out balcony that was shared between the other 2 bedrooms. This gave lots of views and plenty of light.
Overall the apartment was spacious and in a lovely location.
Mathon is a small, pretty village, with plenty of walks from the apartment, or the bus stop in both directions is just a few yards away.
We had rolls delivered most mornings, and they were delivered fresh to our door.
We had breakfast here on our last morning, which was very nice. It was buffet style, and there was plenty of selections to choose from.
If we consider a self catering holiday in the future we would look to come back to Apart Andrea.

Fair deal
Clean apartment in a lovely village. Bus right on the entrance. Well equipped kitchen. Bread service. Great scenery and free silvretta card for the lifts ,toll road, bus,pool. A double plus for a great holiday!

Recently Renovated, excellent facilities, friendly clean, good value
Apart Andrea has been recently extended and renovated, we stayed in apartment 3 which had 3 good size bedrooms, 2 twins and 1 double, two of the the bedrooms had large ensuites that are well appointed. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV, as well as one in the large living area. The kitchen was perfect and supplied with what one would expect in a self catering apartment.
The main bathroom was also great with plenty of hot water, etc
The views from the balconies and windows is of beautiful countryside, the level of finish within the apartment and property is very high, with excellent quality ski locker room, including boot warmers etc.
One of the things we really noticed that was quite different from other typical ski apartments was the level of sound insulation between rooms and apartments, we could not hear our neighbours and I hope they could not hear us, getting home from the bars.
The property is located in Mathon, but the bus in to ischgl stops right outside the property, and is very convenient.
There is a breakfast service for an extra charge, though we did not take this option, we utilised the small local store in Mathon to by and cook our own which was well priced and tasty.
The owners are very helpful and accommodating, would definitely stay ythere again if returning to Ischgl

Super tolle Ferien!!!
Zum ersten mal bei der Familie Tschoder gewesen und alles war super!! Sehr nette Leute, wunderschöne große Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht. Alles hat einfach geklappt! Wir kommen sicher wieder!!
