5 Star week at the Schloss
- We were in room 600. HUGE suite with its own sauna, wine refrigerator and fireplace.
- The spa was great. Gym was big and great.
Food was amazing every day as well as the amazing piano player who we listened to sebveral nights
and they were great!

Reward voucher (Gutschein) becomes a penalty
We subscribed to the newsletter prior to our reservation and received a so called “Gutschein” (reward voucher) of €50.00.
When booking on their official website it was impossible to activate this voucher.
After informing at the reservation desk by mail they asked me for a proof of this voucher….? Strange, because they should have this in their system linked to my e-mail.
Reaction: it will be settled when checking out.
Yes the voucher was mentioned on the final bill. But instead of a discount the €50 was added to the total amount. So I was penalised with an extra of €100 on the invoice.
It took me at least half an hour to convince the person at the front desk to correct this matter. At first instance he made me feel completely stupid.
Yes, finally it was settled but I wonder how many other naive guests overlooked this stupid system error and payed €100 extra.

Es tut uns sehr leid zu lesen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt mit Ihrem Hund nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat und Sie sich in dieser Hinsicht nicht ausreichend willkommen gefühlt haben. Das entspricht selbstverständlich nicht unserem Anspruch an Gastfreundschaft.
Wir finden es jedoch wichtig zu erwähnen, dass wir ein hundefreundliches Haus sind und bieten unseren vierbeinigen Gäste unter anderem Gassi-Routen sowie eine eigene Hunde-Freilauf-Zone an. Selbstverständlich erhalten die vierbeinigen Freunde auch ein kleines Welcome-Treatment. Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass diese Leistungen in Ihrem Fall nicht entsprechend kommuniziert bzw. bereitgestellt wurden – das ist kein Standard und war keinesfalls unsere Absicht.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie uns trotz dieser Erfahrung noch einmal eine Chance geben, Sie von unserem üblichen Service und unserer Gastfreundschaft zu überzeugen.

A perfect weekend at Schlosshotel Kitzbühel!
Culinary we were spoiled at the highest level: The cuisine is excellent and delights with creative dishes, the finest ingredients and a presentation that makes every meal an experience. Every course was a treat!
We would also like to emphasize the service: attentive, warm and at the same time pleasantly unobtrusive. The whole team managed to make us feel welcome and well looked after at all times.
However, the absolute highlight was the SPA experience – simply sensational! An oasis of tranquillity with an exclusive atmosphere, perfect for switching off and enjoying. Here you could completely leave everyday life behind.
Conclusion: A stay where everything was really right. We will definitely come back and can recommend this place without restriction!
