Great place, brilliant hospitality.
First up: you can book part self catering two bedroom small flats with a living room and balcony or more basic rooms. The location is amazing, literally 3 minutes at the very most to the Ladis ski lift and very easy to find. If there is a lot of snow, you will probably need snow chains to get up the entrance slope to the hotel but they clear it often.
I've stayed in all the types of accomodation here and overall its very clean, tidy and I would say basic in that everything you need is there but its not 5 star frills and fancy design.

Depending on your room you get a shower or bath.
The showers are fantastic. They give you shower gel to use but not individual shampoo's etc.
Being European, there's no kettle/tea/coffee in the room, but that's expected. There's a tv with a large selection of German and European channels and a couple of English speaking ones. There's a lot of wardrobe space and drawers and so on and a safe and fresh towels of course. If you book breakfast, you're not disappointed. A comprehensive continental buffet with cereals and breads and eggs and bacon is available and is excellent.
The best thing without doubt though is the help and kindness of Natalie the host. I asked for a couple of wine glasses and some extra soap and it was sorted instantly and left in the room without question. I needed some snow chains due to the massive snowfalls recently, for my hire car which hadn't added them, and she got her brother in law to buy me some in Innsbruck and bring them to me, rather than me having to go to the next village to pay through the nose for some.
Anything is not a problem and if you can't find her, there's always a note of how to contact any of them on the reception phone. The price for this is very reasonable and its no surprise she gets booked up very quickly. Can't recommend it highly enough unless you want fancy high design hotel rooms which case there are plenty of other places for you. For location and hospitality it can't be beaten.

Nice quiet place 5 min from ski lifts
If you are planning to go to ski, the Sonnenbahn lift and rental shops are in 5 min reach by walking. Otherwise Ladis is very quiet and small place with just a few restaurants.
