Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.
Das Apartment liegt wunderschön ruhig und ist in sehr modernem Stil. Wir hatten die FeWo Leoni gebucht- ein großzügiger Wohnraum mit Dachterrasse- die Zimmer mit Bädern auf 2 Etagen. Die Ausstattung ist super, die Einrichtung stilvoll, alles sehr sauber. Im Skiraum gibt es richtig warme Schuhtrockner. In der Sauna lässt es sich phantastisch entspannen. Die Vermieterin (oder die Tochter) war immer ansprechbar und darum bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Sogar ein leckerer Kuchen stand eines Abends auf unserem Tisch (noch warm mit knusprigen Streuseln). Einzige Abstriche: Wer auf Internet angewiesen ist, hat mit sehr (!) schwankendem WLan zu kämpfen, und das Haus ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Kleine Anregung: in den Zimmern wäre ein zweiter Stuhl oder Hocker von Vorteil.

Bad experience
I have recently visited Apartment Silvana with 8 friends, the house is very nice in a pleasent sorrounding, easy access. What spoiled our stay was the owners, who live in the apartment and do not seem to know what hospitality is. The problems started as soon as we arrived, when the house owner told us that sauna was free (despite that on the voucher it said 10€/use), so we were thrilled and of course ordered a sauna for every day of the week, which was quite nice after a long day of skiing. On the last day, the wife of the owner handed us a bill with 10€ for every time we used the sauna, despite us telling her that her husband promised us free sauna. She did not want to hear about it and refused to even talk to his husband about it, she said it was in the voucher that we have to pay. Which would have been normal, had her husband not told us it was free, and therefore us taking a sauna every day. The second problem was the owner's wife telling us not too nicely to be quiet, we apparently talk too loudly and it is disturbing them at 8pm, even when the doors were closed (we were not yelling, just playing card game, which is a normal evening passtime when people are on holiday). When one of our members remained home to have a nice rest, she was woken up repeatedly by the yelling of the homeowners, which is not a great experience for someone wanting to relax. Another issue was the internet, which is ridiculously expensive with it's 2€ for every 30 minutes, also not always working during this limited time, so almost useless. We also discovered that the owners walk into our rooms to check if everything is ok when we are gone skiing. So despite this being a wonderful house in a great pleace, this was a horrible experience after all the other austrian apartments we tried during the years, I would not recommend it to anyone because of the owners' attitude.

Gebucht/Anbezahlt/Bestätigt und trotzdem hat alles nicht funktioniert!
Wir hatten integriertes BADC gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Trotzdem wurden wir unverschämterweise zu Lasten eines Stammkunden zu unserem Nachteil umgebucht, wobei das zugewiesene Apartment im Grunde nicht so schlecht war, allerdings mit separaten Bädern und WC (bei Duschen Toilettengang muss man immer quer durch die Wohnung Rennen und dies stört und schränk die Bewegungsfreiheit vor allem Morgens und Abends bei 6 Personen deutlich ein) und anstatt der gebuchten 85 qm wurden uns weiterhin nur 65 qm zugewiesen für 6 Personen. Da wird schamlos ausgenutzt, dass man auf die schnelle keine Alternative ziehen kann und seine Anzahlung verliert.
