always Happy Camp Lermoos

We were there for the first time years ago.
We came back to this every year.
We love Lermoos
But what matters more is like coming home.
Nice rooms, everything clean and tidy
We love breakfast, delicious rolls and wishes are almost always fulfilled.
Günther Helmut Alex and the other helpers are such warm people.
Thank you for everything
We are going there again this year and are really looking forward to it

Simple stay for spicy price through supplements

The welcome was poor, as was the room. Very austere, not cozy. Breakfast was measured: 2 sandwiches, 2 portions of jam, 1 slice of cheese and a boiled egg. Also coffee or tea. Some water for medication to take, we also got after some urging. The price of the room quickly became higher than 'booked', there was a supplement of 15€ because we only stayed 1 night and also supplement 15€ because we were by car.

Rude behaviour

With the campsite itself is nothing wrong, good location, clean sanitary facilities and close to nice municipality playground but unfortunately I can not say that about the way you are treated and addressed. Guests come (and pay) there to celebrate their holidays and that includes customer friendliness and hospitality. It seems like everyone who works there doesn’t feel like what they’re doing: cranky and angry, even towards the aggressive. The campsite is called Happy Camp but I don't think anyone there is happy anymore. A smile can't get off. Maybe they should stop what they're doing and look for something that makes them happy.

Great hotel stopover and lake swim

Lermoos made the perfect stop over on the way down to northern Italy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Simple but tasty breakfast. The location is amazing. If you have chance drive 15 mins over to lake Blindsee for stunning lake swimming

Beautiful

Friendly owners, lovely clean room with the most wonderful view. I was looking forward to the food from previous reviews but was told that the restaurant wasn’t open. Otherwise, the most perfect stopover.
