Nice family hotel in beautiful nature

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Warm welcome, the staff was consistently friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was clean, modern and provided everything you need for a relaxing stay – especially the comfortable bed I liked.
Breakfast was rich and varied, with fresh produce and a nice selection. The location of the hotel was also ideal: central but quiet – perfect.
I would like to highlight the great Service. You can tell that a lot of importance is attached to hospitality here. I would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place.

Top location

We stayed one night at this hotel and were very pleased. Regarding the arrival it would be nice if you got in advance information about where the associated parking lot is, right in front of the building nothing was free and so you have to ask first. The gentleman at the reception was unfortunately also not too friendly .....
Our room, however, was top and had a great size. We loved the food; great appetizers and the rest was really delicious.
The staff at the restaurant were friendly and accommodating.
The location directly on 2 gondolas overlooking the slope(s) is of course top!

Unfortunately ready-to-eat food

Great house, right on the slopes, wellness area ok, employees are very striving, food is unfortunately only (partially poorly) warmed up ready food, which I unfortunately found very unfortunate. From soup to dessert. If you were to invest in an (Austrian) chef who can cook fresh on the one hand and maybe also prepare food nicely, the house would be much better and the price-performance ratio would fit.

Ski holiday

The hotel is located directly on the ski slope and the valley station of the Abergbahn. Directly below the hotel is the Abergstubn restaurant, which is ideal for après-ski. The hotel itself has a small indoor pool and a wellness area with several saunas, including a wood-heated outdoor sauna. We had an assigned table in the dining room for breakfast and dinner. The food was consistently good and the service was very friendly. The room was a bit dated but clean and big enough. The bathroom and toilet were separate. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

This 4 stars hotel deserves 5 stars review

A charming hotel with local vibe, spacious rooms, excellent service and welcoming staff, spa which is great after a day of skiing, a rich breakfast buffet and gourmet dinners.
The hotel is located on piste #10 right towards the end of it and allows ski in/ski out to/from the hotel yard - not the ski room, which is located on the other side of the hotel. So there is a short walk in the hotel's front yard to the piste. You can also return to the hotel from piste #9 (which, by the way, has a great restaurant called Tom's at its upper end). The Abergbahn cable car station is just below the hotel and so is an Intersport store where you can rent ski equipement. Very convinient.
All in all a great experience and great value for money.
