Comfortable

We stayed 1 week in this hotel and had a really good time. Improperato are very friendly, the room is large and clean and the food is very good. If I really have to find a fault is the breakfast that for me who love salty I would have preferred a little more variety instead of just croissants even if good. For those who want you can also use the indoor pool. Highly recommended both for the hotel, the courtesy of the owners and for the tranquility of the area. It also has parking

Wellness hotel in the Stubai Valley

This year we spent our traditional spring holiday in Mieders, in Stubaital.
The hotel choice was the Hotel Serles, a family-run hotel, as it turned out: an excellent choice.
On arrival we were greeted very friendly by the hotel owner, Mrs. Weichinger, and escorted to the room.
We received a guest card, which allows you to use the local bus network from Schönberg to the end of the valley: the bus stops right opposite the hotel.
The booked room was very spacious, with a nice balcony and superbly equipped.
The range of food and drinks at breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, the egg menu great.
The owners are present in the restaurant area at both breakfast and dinner, with good recommendations for guests.
The staff are extremely friendly, attentive and nimble.
From 12:00 to 17:00, guests can enjoy a lunch snack and coffee and cake for refreshment.
In the evening, the restaurant offers three menus to choose from, the salad buffet and the cheese board are ample.
The wine list is very, very extensive: a journey through all the good wine regions of Europe and even intercontinental. So I got the benefit of an excellent Malbec from Argentina.
To call the kitchen very good would not be appropriate, it is excellent.
The hotel is very well equipped: in the SPA area - carefully maintained daily - there is a Jacuzzi, a steam bath and a sauna at guests' disposal in addition to the pool.
Very pleasant for early risers: the pool is already accessible from 6:00 am!
Interesting for electric car drivers: Charging stations are available.
Conclusion: we have been there for the first time, but certainly not for the last time.

Serles - that's where we feel at home

We have been coming to Serles every year for over 20 years in a wide variety of casts and feel at home there all around “dahoim”. Our arrival is sometimes by train, flight or car. Our three children enjoyed their ski lessons at Schlick 2000 and we parents had the luxury of being taken daily by hotel manager Josef or junior boss Thomas directly to the lift by minibus. So even the morning was always stress-free and we could extend the delicious, varied breakfast a little longer.
Whether with family, with several friends or as a couple... holidays in Serles are always a celebration!
The food is super delicious! The cuisine conjures up high-class, regional, fresh food with plenty of choice.
After a long day of skiing or hiking, we can enjoy the wellness area with swimming pool and sauna or start the day after a few laps through the pool.
Hotel manager Karoline always takes care of her guests radiantly and warmly. Josef and Thomas offer professionally accompanied ski and hiking tours in small groups for their guests, which always bring a lot of fun and variety.
We are looking forward to seeing you again with the Weichinger family on New Year's Eve.
