Nice vacation right by the lake, uncomplicated and relaxing

Very nice hotel right by the lake with a private beach and beach area next door. I can recommend it anytime!

Beautiful location on Lake Wallersee.

Positive: the room was spacious, there is air conditioning, a large swimming beach with trees, and plenty of lounge chairs. There is a breakfast room with a coffee machine and tea. Nice terrace.
Negative: no elevator, only steps at the lake, no pier. You should bring water shoes. There is no cafe within walking distance; next door is only a restaurant, which, however, offers more upscale cuisine. There are a few inns in the town.
I actually prefer to travel by train and bus, but it is not possible there without a car.

Great Hotel For A Romantic Weekend

Hotel is just a 15-20 minute drive from Salzburg. It's located directly on a lake. The hotel is very stylish with very nice rooms, nice wellness area, great breakfast and a very nice restaurant. It's a great location for pairs who want to have a relaxing romantic weekend away with a day trip to Salzburg.

Lovely location

On entering this hotel you have the feeling you are in Asia and not on Lake Wallersee. The interior is all in Asian style but is very tastefully decorated. There is no lift but the staff are willing to help with cases. The rooms are rather small but tastefully designed and have everything you need including air conditioning. Breakfast is buffet style and has everything you could wish for including smoked salmon and trout. Hot dishes are also available and cooked fresh. You can either sit inside or on the terrace and enjoy the fantastic view of the lake. The staff are also very friendly. The hotel has it's own private bathing area with lovely comfortable loungers. The location is ideal as you are not far from Salzburg or cable cars for hiking in the mountains.
The only negative point about this hotel is that in the evening all the doors to the terrace were locked so you couldn't enjoy a night cap.

Wow, what a place

The hotel is located near the Wallersee lake. Magnificent views and very romantic.
I was traveling alone, shame that my wife was not with me.
The hotel's restaurant is very charming and there is a plenty of sports activities nearby: swimming in the lake/pool, riding bicycles,...
The inner of the hotel is decorated and handled with care and tidy.
The stuff was also perfect, provided a welcome drink and helped us arranging breakfast since we left very early in the morning.
It was a bit difficult to get there.
